The room was clean and spacious, well prepared. I like how the lounge and bedroom were separated. There is a nice balcony where one can relax. The hotel was right in the Seapoint CBD, which was convenient for shops.

The location, places the hotel behind other buildings, giving a partial view of the ocean and mountain. The lift wasn't working so climbing 3 storeys was no fun but good exercise.

Great location. Big room with bonus extras like fridge, microwave and utensils. Nice plunger coffee. Safe parking.

No food on premises. Paid extra for balcony but looked out onto a building site. A bit pricey for what you get.

Room spacious enough for two people. The balcony for me was too small only if they have said it is for smoking, I wouldn't have chosen a room with a balcony and saved on the little extra charged for that

The most disappointing thing. When I googled and accept the place, they said they have R200 breakfast per person per day. Also on my booking, the confirmation came with R200 per person per day breakfast. The Hotel did not even want to discuss it, they just said they never gave out breakfast. That is false marketing. I am very disappointed. I am not going there again.

The access to the hotel and to the elevator and bedrooms is thought a small flight of stairs and is a burden with large heavy suitcases

I thoroughly enjoyed my time at the Hotel. The staff were warm, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The hotel's cleanliness and modern amenities exceeded our expectations. Its prime location, within walking distance to major tourist attractions, made exploring the city a breeze. Parking is limited

The hotel is perfectly situated. There is Mojo Market nearby and loads of other restaurants and coffee shops. The hotel is secured and there is staff around 24/7. The rooms are spacious (especially the beds!) therefore perfect for a longer stay. Housekeeping is also available when needed. They also offer massages (cash only)

One time the balcony door was wide open when we returned from a day trip after housekeeping which concerned us briefly but other than that we were helped in every way.

This was my 4th or 5th stay and it is always lovely. The lady at check in was so nice and the gent I saw when I got back late from work was also just as welcoming. The chocolates were a lovely treat. You also get complimentary water. The shower is the best! A mini rain shower with perfect, scorching hot temperatures. Parking is safely inside and the area is a walk away from one of our offices.

I made a last minute booking and got a room on the ground floor and it did not have a balcony, I didn’t realise this when making the booking, I just assumed all the rooms had balconies. There was a cute little table in front so I just sat out there for a little while. But definitely double check for the balcony rooms from floor one.

THE BED WERE COMFORTABLE AND THE LINEN CLEAN AND FRESH. THE ROOM SMELL FRESH ALWAYS AND IT WAS WARMA AND WELCOMING. THE KITCHENETTE AVAILABLE AND MEET OUR STAY THE TEA FACILITIES EXCELLENT DIEFFERENT FLAVOURS FOR OUR NEEDS.

The room view was not clear for the ocean to sea it and the street to small for the parking and the beach a distance as we had to take a cap there, but it stated the beach is close by. Not safe to walk at night, always be on a car.
