The facility and location are absolutely gorgeous. Right on the beach with an easy walking path and incredible sunset views. The staff were simply wonderful human beings all around—we felt welcomed like family. The true star and hidden gym was the food—WOW! SO delish. The breakfast spread alone would have been satisfying, but the dinner was fabulous.

The room was beautiful and very comfortable. Lots of outlets, including ones that accommodate American electronic appliances. The only issue was the shower, which was an open concept and leaked all over the floor. Just wish it had a door and better ventilation.

The view is just beautiful and after a minute's walk from the hotel, through the sand dunes, you are on a wonderful, non commercial beach, that stretches for kilometres. Long peaceful walks are the order of the day. There is also a cute little pool at the hotel to dip into for those hot, summer days. There are also loungers and chairs around the pool plus patio and verandah areas all over the hotel to sit and read etc. Rooms are comfortable and well furnished and the bathroom is a dream. Breakfast is brilliant with a variety of fresh, hot meals to order, plus, fruit, yoghurt, cereal etc.

The only thing not to my liking - and this is purely personal - is the mattress, although very comfortable, was too soft for my liking and gave me backache.

We like the boutique hôtel style, which bring closer relation with the hosting team and the team was just super nice. Samuel is a real customer relation person. The proximity of the beach, the views on table mountain, the quietness. Breakfast buffet was nice and good cuisine.

The room was nice but one of the side windows is facing the next room balcony which is inacceptable for such location. One day that room was occupied and these clients were there till midnight and the next morning from 6:00am You could have follow their conversation. The balcony on Our room is just a standing corner. The room was never clean over our 3 days stay. The second morning the maids clean the room next door. We stay an hour in the restaurant to give them the time to refresh the room but nothing was done. Instead the maids were having TV full blast and enjoying themselves joyfully next door.

The warm welcome made me feel right at home. The staff became my extended family with outstanding care and professionalism. I was greeted with a view of Table Mountain on my first day with an offshore storm blowing in. I was able to capture lightening hitting table mountain from the roof top lounge! I would love to go back and can highly recommend this Hotel many times over!! Every aspect of my stay was above my high expectations from a well experienced traveller.

I cant say a bad word about my stay here, honestly.

The views are breathtaking! The staff is incredibly nice, thanks to Samuel, Kuda and Kuzi for everything! The menu breakfast is great, but the displayed easy breakfast needs improvement (quality and options of cheese and savory items). Would recommend a nice drink by the bar too! There is a really nice and highly recommended restaurant near by: On The Rocks!

The location was a bit further from the city center than expected. During rush hours there is a lot of traffic, BUT, the location is incredibly beautiful and very safe. If looking for a buzzing time in the city, this may not be the best location, but if you are looking for a beach getaway with good access by Uber to the city, then this is perfect!

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The food was really tasty. The view of table mountain was spectacular and the beach was a short walk away from the hotel with private access. Generally, the atmosphere was quiet and pleasant. It's a fantastic place to relax. Exactly what we came for.

The hotel room was on a the small side (larger ones are available, though), but we felt like the view was making up for that. So we did not mind that at all.

The breakfast was always fantastic! Loads of variety and a selection of hot dishes to choose from, in addition to a daily ‘special’ to keep things interesting. I had a lunch and dinner at the restaurant and they were great at catering for my food allergies. The staff were always very sweet and helpful, as were the owners. Oh and the beds are incredible! Perfect softness and amazing sheets!!

This lovely hotel has the friendliest, happy people taking care of guests. I made friends here during my 3 days. I’d never visited Cape Town before but I will make every effort to return. The food at their restaurant was so very good, I selected the Chefs special each night and was not disappointed. The beach is a short walk away and I could hear the ocean from the delightful outdoor deck right from my room. Table Mountain, the bay, distant city lights at night, Robbens Island for contemplation…views right from my room. I slept so well after the grueling trip from US. They arranged transportation to and from the airport as well as a day trip that exceeded my expectations, taking me to all the spots one could hope to see on a day trip, including the Cape of Good Hope. Now I want to return and spend more time. Perfect in every way.

I liked everything and can’t come up with one negative thing. The communication from staff was super. Everything was super, sorry I can’t come up with anything negative.

Excellent and quiet location, just outside the city of Cape Town. Beach in front of the hotel. The hospitality and service from the staff were excellent. We enjoyed the breakfast, dinner and wine. We stayed there twice during our holiday, the first time the roof was not accessible due to upgrading. When we returned, two weeks later we could enter the rooftop to view the beautifull sunsets in the evening.

The bathroom cleaning could be of a better standard, despite bathroom tiles being in dark grey colours I could made out some areas that could do with more cleaning attention. The junior suite is lovely, with a deck, again the deck could be cleaning regularly to make it more inviting. Lastly, the junior suite being on the ground floor gets a bit of noise so this kept me up sometimes. I did notice the noise was reduced after I mentioned to one of the frontline staff.
