I loved the view from our room both mornings and at night. It was beautiful. I enjoyed my breakfast every morning. It was delicious. I liked the variety of channels offered on the TV.

I didn't like that the dirty towels were not changed after we used them. They didn't refill things like the shampoo and lotion which ran out after some time. They don't offer dinner especially because the location was not good and we heard there's a township not far so travelling at night to the city is not so good. The sand from the beach which had been there since our day of arrival after visiting the beach, was not cleaned. This sand remained until we left which means they only tidy up the bed and do not really do a general clean. I don't think there were that many rooms in the entire place that they could miss cleaning properly.

Located in a residential area so extremely quiet surroundings. Free secure parking on site. Staff welcoming and friendly throughout stay. Fantastic beach with the most incredible views of Table Mnt. Room had everything needed for a short overnight / short stay. Good breakfast and food options served until 6pm.

Think it varies a lot in terms of what room type you book but in our case we shared a communal lounge / kitchen area with 3 other rooms. Unfortunately we encountered some rather loud mouthed guests, definitely wanting to make their presence known and waking us up early on our last chance for a lay-in before heading home. Not the fault of the accommodation but did spoil an otherwise faultless stay.

The setting is exceptional. The property overlooks dunes and the sea, with a view of Cape Town and Table Mountain. From the pool area there is a path across the dunes to the beach with walking paths through the dunes or you can walk on the beach. There are a number of common spaces - lounge and fireplace with kitchenette shared between every 3-4 rooms which is a lovely touch.

It is not an issue as it means the space is clean, but something the property could be mindful of - there was a strong smell of cleaning products around - bleach or similar in the room and scented cleaning products in the common spaces (unless this was candles and supposed to be the scent?). The scents detracted from the beautiful space, but at least I knew it had been thoroughly cleaned. Also, when they go to the effort of using / giving Charlotte Rhys products in the room, the cleaning and candle scents should be on par with this level.

The hotel had a warm and cozy feel to it - very posh 👌🏽. Pleased with the cleanliness. We were also very pleased with where its located, a minute walk to the beach with a magnificent view of table mountain. The food was scrumptious my goodness! They have a brilliant chef, Alice, she was doing the most in the kitchen! The staff went all out for us, we were well served. We had a special request and Justin was of great assistance. He was very warm and friendly. Simon who works nightshifts also gave us exceptional service. We were moved by his humility and servitude. Anthea was also super friendly and went to great lengths to assist with a special request we had. She was even there to capture our moments.

Location, services, hospitality, views, sunsets, and the rooms were absolutely beautiful. Lets also not forget the wonderful breakfast made for us!

The location is perfect, rooms are very spacious, perfect for a romantic getaway, breakfast had a good variety of food options, the check-in staff was accommodating and kind and made us feel welcome and excited to stay there, and the picnic basket was perfect, great amenities in the room such as dishwasher, microwave, they also have staff that can iron the clothing, great distance from the beach to walk and enjoy the sea

the pool was not clean which is unfortunate as I would not swim in it, regarding breakfast - unfortunately, you need to pay extra if you want to drink a cappuccino for example, some of the staff of the day we checked out were not friendly and a bit rude so we definitely did not want to communicate with them unless unnecessary

Everything was amazing from the minute we arrived. We had a smooth check in. Everyone was so friendly and always greeted us with a smile. JP made amazing cocktails and gave great recommendations for supper in the area. The chef was incredible! Breakfast was a treat and the food we ordered for supper one night that was delicious. Rooms are spacious, well kept, clean with terrific views. Overall an amazing experience.

The location was amazing for the beach and the view. Excellent for beach sports ie kite surfing, windsurfing. The staff were friendly and management extremely helpful and friendly. Room was large and airy and cleaned daily.

No alcohol license. No food after breakfast other than a light lunch but saw no one partake. No evening meal offered so had to travel as only one small cafe which was a 10 min walk. Only a couple of nice places to eat and a good 20 min Uber drive away. Cooked breakfast very greasy and needed more attention to cleanliness ie change dirty tablecloth between clients, provide clean towel to hold bread whilst cutting as none provided.

We had a great stay at the Atlantic palms. We stayed in 2 rooms, the first one was smaller and the second one was bigger and perfect, next to the pool. Rooms are clean and have netflix, so perfect for chilling at the end of the day Staff was top and very helpful 👍 Breakfast was great 😃

It's a bit away from the city (so an Uber or car is necessary to move) and there are few shops around to eat. Besides some noise from air conditioning or neighbours (rooms are not super isolated) our stay was great.

I like the location, it is not far from things. The warm welcome we received and how friendly the staff was throughout our stay The place was clean and the fireplace during the rugby match was a charm. The secure packing gave me peace of mind The private beach experience was the cherry on top

I did not like leaving Also The fact that I couldn't iron my own clothes during my stay. One of my dresses had burns by the person ironing. Consider an option of offering an iron and ironing board to the guest to do it themselves if they want to. Get a mini towel rack. To hang wet facecloths etc.
