Walking to Canal Walk Mall was a bonus the service from the reception staff was excellent, we only stayed for one night...will definitely come back

There is no bar fridge in the rooms ...please consider adding one....breakfast time ends too quick maybe serve it until 11am not 9h30am it was not cool to wake up early just to make sure you don't miss breakfast.

Value for money, the staff was helpful and nice the check in is at 14H00 we arrived at 10H00 our room was not ready but we were given another room until our room was ready thats was really nice they are so considerate. Location the hotel its just across the street from Canal Walk Mall. WIFI had a good connection we didn't have problem and the water was always hot. I will definitely book again.

Rooms are too small for a family and the pool was not clean. Breakfast doesn't have a lot to choose from but it's was tasty we enjoyed it. No fridge and microwave in the room.

When we arrived at the hotel the staff was very friendly and helpful. We were pleased with the size of our room. It was my husband's birthday, and all our expectation were met. The mall is close by we could walk over to watch a movie. Back in our room we had nice coffee and tea that was provided for us in the room. the morning, we had a delicious buffet breakfast. after breakfast we took a walk through the beautiful garden. definitely worth our money. well done to all staff of stay easy hotel

Breakfast was average, appreciated the fact that the bacon was separate from the rest of the food.

There were no staff available to assist with our luggage. There is no restaurant open at this accommodation, we could not even order a cup of coffee, or get cutlery for food we had ordered for delivery. We booked 3 suits, * 2 of them did not have bath towels. * Our units kettle did not work, I did mention it to housekeeping. * Two of the 3 rooms only had 1 bedside table.

The amenities are great, love the pool area! Appreciate the smoking friendly accommodation. We loved how quiet the space was, great opportunity to really relax.

The smoking rooms should have some sort of air freshener or fragrance sticks that clears up the smell of the old smoke from previous patrons. Everything at breakfast was great but the eggs were WAY underdone, it tasted very raw. The system in place for room service and food is not great. I really wished the bar opened before 4.30pm.

The rumours of the breakfast and food being great were true; the staff were very kind and very attentive to us, and the space was efficiently used, such as the door to the bathroom, which can double down as the door for the toilet inside the bathroom. It was located conveniently across the shopping mall, which made it easy to get supplies.

The space was somewhat smaller in size, like the ceiling was lower than usual, so it may not be the best place for tall people.

I love the location of this hotel, on the doorstep of one of the best malls in Cape Town. Once at the hotel, I didn't need my car again until it was time to leave. Check-in is easy, especially if you are a returning guest and the staff are super friendly and helpful. Throw in a free breakfast and it becomes a real bonus to stay here when in CT.

If only I could have stayed for longer.... there is everything you need at the hotel, so nothing at all to dislike about this peaceful and centrally located hotel.

Breakfast was lovely and well presented. Very good and friendly catering staff and waitrons. Location was brilliant. Great coffee machine. Very accommodating reception that helped store our luggage for us before and after our check in/out.

Unfortunately the wifi is non existent. We did request to move rooms due to this (also the generator on the outside set of rooms was very loud). Initially made to feel that this request was unreasonable but reception did ultimately accommodate the change. Generator on the side of the inside rooms could be heard but much quieter on the inside of hotel. Grateful for the generators during loadshedding :-)

The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. Hotel is clean and pleasant.

The breakfast could be better but it is good value for money. There could also be small mini bottles of conditioner in the showers, not just shampoo. And the smoking rooms (as I am a smoker, this is a plus) - they do stink lol, but only have 1 bedside table - any reason why? why has the price increased so much over the last few months?

Breakfast offered was good with slight variations each day. Great way to start the day. The location was fantastic, and within walking distance to Canal Walk Mall.

Checking in was delayed because rooms were not ready in time. My personal details were incorrect on the booking form. The bed was very firm and was a double bed. Would have been more comfortable with a queen or king bed.
