The staff were fantastic - friendly, helpful, kind and professional. Nothing was too much trouble; and that included all the staff, from the managers to the cleaners, gardeners, security people and the night shift. This is the second time we have stayed here and fully intend to return again and again.

I have no reason to criticise anything about Woodbridge Lodge as everything was great. I would however, make the general point that Booking.com tends to group different rooms together - photos don't distinguish between different rooms, making it difficult to understand which room you have booked. When you physically check the rooms out, you can understand more clearly what facilities exist in which room but that is not obvious from the information posted by Booking.com. I would therefore ask Booking.com to tailor the room descriptions specifically to each room instead of the broad brush technique currently utilised.

These noise levels and smokers, unfortunately other rooms had smokers who sat ouside my window smoking and talking most of the evening, i had to close my window because of the smoke. security decided at 1am it was a good time to water the garden, which woke me up from sleep....needless to say it took some time before gaining some sleep.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The location itself is amazing already. The rooms were modern, clean and comfortable. Great kitchen facilities available. Woodbridge Lodge provides a secure, safe space with excellence service from staff members. Will definitely come back for another stay in future. :)

There was a big marathon very close to the Lodge that started early the next morning. It was way too loud in the early hours of the morning.

Daily room cleaning, the hosts were amazing and security was top notch. Great location for daily commute to the malls.

The breakfast was quick, easy and amazing! The staff were really friendly and helpful.. always on standby to assist us.

Sometimes we woke up during the night and noticed that the TV in our room were on, after we switched it off before falling asleep.

Woodbridge Lodge located in Milnerton within easy and quick access to the City Centre (+-10mins). The lodge is within walking distance to Milnerton beach and Bossa restaurant. This was our 5th visit to Woodridge Lodge. We only experienced friendly and helpful management/staff from the time we walked in until the time we left. As it was our wedding anniversary, a bottle of wine was brought to our room without being asked for. Each morning we were greeted with smiles which were genuine. Room was spotlessly clean, comfortable bed and necessary amenities available. Value for Money.

The shower could do with shampoo/soap holder/caddy although the shower did have a soap dispencer.

The venue was very Comfortable and clean and extremely enjoyable. The host named Alex was an absolute star, he made our visit so pleasant. Great service and mannerism. He is a great ambassador to your business. Five Stars to Alex

When doing the booking I requested the suit based on the pictures however I got.the one with the normal bath. Perhaps naming the rooms and showing the pictures accordingly will allow a guest to get what they select.

The staf was friendly and professional and went out of their way to accommodate our requirements and make the stay for my daughter's wedding comfortable and memorable.

The room was clean and appealing with access to the backyard swimming pool. The lodge is very close to Woodbridge Island and it is a walking distance from the beach and Milnerton CBD.

I would have appreciated some flakes and lactose-free milk as part of a breakfast buffet. However, since I did not mention it in the special request section of the bookings, I appreciate whatever was available to choose from the breakfast menu.

We couldn't keep our reservation as planned and had to move it on with a day. Management didn't have a problem to change the booking. Woodbridge Lodge was in the center of all our visiting points. It was my birthday, and when checking in I received a bottle of wine on the house.
