A quiet and peaceful place with kind and friendly staff. Dineo is always a delight, and she is very helpful. She tries her best to deliver on everything needed. Undoubtedly a highly recommended space that is worthy of a second home. A pleasure to return to.

There was nothing at all wrong. What people might find challenging is the occasional rare power outage at no fault of the Guesthouse of course (a municipal issue). But Dineo always makes sure to offer lightning and a charging spot for devices.

The room was very comfortable and spacious the one I stayed in 6/10, the stuff Dineo was Amazing to the tee 10/10, the place is in a very secure environment and very peaceful. 8/10 from someone that's always traveling to places. Overall the place is worth your Rands 8/10 compare to the other places as I found their reception and decor and the fact that they had tooooooo many restrictions and hidden cost that you will pay after they say you need to put a down payment for security. So will I come back @ Bali on the Ridge a definite YES.

WiFi very bad 2/10, bring your own if you wanna survive, the TV channels were boring only had 1 channel and that's basic 1/10, no smart TV bring your own smart stick, the shower head was a mess like really bad 2/10

The staff are very friendly Valentine and Denio, very helpful interms of advising on were and how to order foodfood no matter how late you wake them up. The security is excellent.

I understand our water crisis but if you at a guesthouse one does not expect to experience shortage of water and our bathroom had a noisy sound after flushing that was quite disturbing.

The room was clean, toilet and towels were up to standard, i had a problem with the wi-fi, and the dstv channels didn't wanna play, but later on played. But we had really great time, i would recommend it to anyone who like some peace and quiet.

Location ideal for travel to Kings Park. Beds comfortable. Aircon Good, not noisy. D was always cheerful and helpful.

Signage could be much clearer- turn is off busy road, easy to miss. For a hot shower need to run water a long time - wastage and time standing getting chilled. Bathroom needs some sort of door (My daughter and I were sharing the room.)

Deneo the manager was absolutely brilliant,the security so helpful and very nice room were clean

The fact that I booked another room and they gave me another Aircon wasn't working properly the room was very hot

The best thing about the property is the manager, Dineo. She was very efficient, kind and caring. She was extremely helpful and constantly asked after our welfare. I hope that she gets paid properly.

It quite and staff is so calm and friendly everything was good i enjoy to being there even at the gate you got the access anytime without asking someone to open for you

The floor when you going there is foots step making noise that can affect other people, but not big issue
