The best part of our stay was the friendliness and professionalism of the owners and staff. The Restaurant Neighborhoods has an excellent chef and menu. Well done :-) Loved our stay

I did not have breakfast but the room was clean and very comfortable

I could not access wifi, even the gentleman trying to assist also failed.

The property is very very clean and neat and the staff its very friendly from the security officer all the way to the reception and it is a very very private place.

If you wont be using a car it is far from entertainments like beach and malls.......and ubers are very. expensive

Upon arrival, was greeted by the most friendly staff. I even got upgraded to a bigger room. The location is great, close to get on the highway, close to the mall, close to the restaurants, wonderful views of the most beautiful garden. The breakfast is AMAZING, and they even have their own coffee truck on site "Gatvol coffee" and it's to die for cuppachinos. I am most definitely staying here on my next visit

I booked here as I saw there was a restaurant on site, but when i got there was told the restaurant is not open for dinner, only breakfast and lunch. It's the most beautiful setting and would be fantastic to have dinner under the starts and fairy lights. Not the biggest issue, as there are great restaurants 2min away. I also had very very noisy neighbours, that definitely didn't take other guests into consideration. I had to ask them to quite it down at 10:30pm, management also asked them to quite down and even the security, but still they chose to do whatever they wanted. The next evening wasn't much better either.... I know this won't always be the case, and if these people weren't there, my stay would have been 10/10

I liked that when you arrived, you stated your name and the security immediately took you to your room. Any admin was done inside your room. The owner or manager met you upon arrival. I know many people prefer a reception desk. I preferred not having one, checkout was seamless. Dropped off the keys and the invoice was emailed to you same day after after you departed.

Parking is a bit awkward. But available

The area is easily accessible with shops around and the restaurant on-site.. Beautiful place with all basic needs in a room except for an iron but had ironing board. Had to ask for a light when had load shedding, nil provided or communicated prior so we plan. We were upgraded to another room as not happy just walking into the first that needed attention..

Manager to please over see the rooms before allowing people in. Check to detail please.

Vegan breakfast was delicious. The cocktails at the bar were great value. Owners and staff super lovely and helpful; were great at checking everything was going well, and I really appreciated the lamp during loadshedding. And that the wifi stayed on! The restaurant was so beautiful and peaceful; a really beautiful decorating job has been done there.

I only wish I could've stayed here longer! The restaurant/bar closed a little early (but it was a Sunday), I would've loved to hang out there a little longer, but really enjoyed the time I had there regardless!

Loved the restaurant and coffee bar, it's just a pity that they're closed on a Monday.

Lovely stay, it's just such a pity that the staff, that start work at 6:30am, are so noisey moving chairs and tables around whilst cleaning and using a leaf blower virtually outside the rooms. Total insanity.
