Room was exceptional and being in the same room as my kids was superb as they tend to be afraid in unfamiliar environment. And they loved the swimming pool.

All was in order except I forgot mention that I would like ocean view so for next time will definitely mention that and entrance is not marked cleally

Stayed in the Suite with Sea View. Room was spacious and comfy. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony and looking out to the sea. Bathroom was also spacious. Towels were plenty and more could be requested if/when needed. Bottled water, fridge, kettle provided. Gym facilities and pool available and free to use

1. No in-house halaal catering. Food needs to be ordered externally (pricey and at a surcharge, and it's not buffet). Would be nice if the hotel actually catered a separate section for halaal 2. Quite a bit of crawler/worm-like bugs around and in the pool. Also lots of alcohol bottles laying around the pool. 3. TV had dead spots. We complained and were moved to another room, but same issue and view wasn't great. We eventually moved back to our original room 4. Walked to the the Kauai down the road, but didn't necessarily feel safe walking outside the hotel (albeit on the promenade) Staff hospitality was exceptional though, and if we ever visited again, that would be the main reason for returning.

The hotel was modern and well situated. The amenities was good and staff were really accommodating.

The sink was faulty in one of our rooms and hence there was no cold water. The other room had a bad odor from stagnent water and this created some dissatisfaction given that this is a top tier hotel. The rooms and corridors are getting dated and are in need of some maintenance or renovation. The food choices in the buffet was limited and perhaps, needs more choices for person who do not consume beef and pork. On arrival, our booking could not be found and this created stress on our part after a lengthy drive from Durban. This had delayed our check in process and we lost some downtime or relaxation time.

1. Check in was exceptional. 2. The porter was awesome. He was disrespected buy one of the highly intoxicated guest, but he kept so professional. 3. Also breakfast was amazing. 4. The view was perfect. 5. The lady that checked me in was on point.

1. The hotel having a set of two different lifts to get to the 14th floor. 2. House keeping couldn't bring us iron and ironing board. We were told to go to the 3rd floor. For a four establishment one of the must the done either the iron is brought up to the room or all rooms must have an iron and I ironing board.

There is nothing I did not like about this place. It's probably the best hotel that East London has to offer. We were initially meant to stay for 5 nights, but we loved it so much that we kept extending our stay. Good value for my money, so I have no complaints. Beds were comfy, spacious, and have good facilities. We stayed in the suite with two double beds! Every staff member I interacted with presented as conscientious and were always helpful. I'm pleased to give this hotel a 5 🌟 I will come back without a doubt.

The interior is very beautiful, friendly staff from Security, reception, cleaners and restaurant, well done you have a wonderful team. The food (Breakfast and dinner was delicious🌸🌸🌸

Something needs to be done with the carpets, they don’t look old but they smell. Try to wash or deep clean them often. I have been to several old hotels with carpets but they don’t smell. It ruins the whole experience. Thank God I was on the 7th floor so I left sliding door open most of the time.

I enjoyed our stay, the suite was quite spacious and comfortable a had a mini fridge. Liked best- the spacious balcony and direct view of the water, which was beautiful! The restaurant also provided nice views over the water and the staff were nice and friendly ! Obama was lovely.

They need to pay greater attention to the overall cleanliness of the bedroom spaces . The doors and bathroom areas need to be wiped well, as these were not cleaned well and many finger prints and marks all over the doors. Room service wasn’t prompt and food arrived cold. The food tray was still in the corridor the following day which was quite disgusting.

It was a windy day, and there was some air coming through the sliding doors in both rooms. Bathroom door for the other room was faulty and we were not able to lock and also the main door for the other room was faulty it was a bit hard to close it. The tiles in one of the shower was dirty and the linen had old stains for the other room we booked. The property is not longer well maintained compared to the year 2018 when I visited.

Equipped with mini fridge which was handy as we were on a travelling holiday. Breakfast was buffet style with a full variety of choices.

We had no power overnight - not sure of it was loadshedding because it didn't show on app. Also had no information from reception about it. The result that our devices remained uncharged overnight. The room was very far off from the reception area. We took the elevator to level 4 of one building, walked along several hallways to another elevator to the 10th floor. As there was no offer of assistance for luggage carriage, we had to carry these ourselves along the maze of hallways. I wouldn't return to this accommodation because of this set up.

Food, staff memembers were so polite and professional. Rooms were so clean and good service at the reception 👌

I think all hotels should tell you from the email what documents to bring, they request me ID or license unfortunately none of those I got at the moment. If a property is able to deduct funds on my bank account withou my ID book, or license, then what is the need of documents if I have confirmation code from my email? I think your need to fix that
