Just attention to the small things eg 1. That the remote works, and if it doesn't try by hand to switch it on, then whipping your hand over the top and it's just dust and, 2. A please help yourself with a free cup of coffee at the checkout, save us as a quick trip to the garage, and pay R100 for your cuppa for 3

Went out to buy food on my return small gate was closed. To get inside was a huddle there were showers outside. I was never told that gates are always closed whereas when I first slept there I found small gate wide open. I asked this guy at reception, he was like "Ama gate ahlele avaliwe la", his response tone was rude. They should just fix this issue of pedestrian entrance cos wow it's just a mess

I loved that there was Free coffee in reception. The location of the hotel. The room is very clean. There is Woolies food at the Engen and a Burger King next door. Your own Aircon in the room. Plus, it's very affordable

I could not get the TV to work. Should probably have asked someone to come and have a look.

Nice friendly staff. Good location right off the highway, easy to break up our road trip in the evening, and continue on our way the next morning. Gas station, small grocery store and burger joint next door convenient for meals on the run. Felt safe.

Room pretty small but we arrived in the evening and left fairly early the next morning so it was perfect for what we needed - sleep!

Sun1 is a really great place for both work and leisure. The staff was really helpful even though we had hiccups with bookings.com's efficiency. They were patient and willing to help.

Booking.com needs to fix their response lane with sun1. Our booking did not reflect at sun1 Witbank even though it was done a couple of hours before checking in. If we had not called in the hotel- we would have been taken by surprise when we got there. We literally had to make a cash payment even though we paid through Booking.com. I hope this issue will be resolved.

People from Durban were there around 6:00 am and they had to wait for 14:00 to check in. Please find a way to assist on that situations. Thank you

We were comfortable for the entire weekend we were. We are definitely coming back when we are in Witbank.

The mosquitos needs to be taken care of. The hotel must have pest control only on mosquitos.

The Location is convenient, the lady that was at the reception when we checked in was so friendly and so helpful. Thanks to the excellent service. Again, the hotel room was so clean and it looked more than i was expecting considering the low price as well.

I loved everything. I do not have any complain at all. I am quiet satisfied with everything.

The room was more than what I had expected. Clean and tidy. Value for the money. Also, easy access to Malls with a Wimpy restaurant ideal for breakfast in less than 3 minutes away

The bed linen looked a bit old and out of colour. Also, the swipe cards take long to sense in order to open the door.

The duvets are old ,put airfreshners in toilet ,there must be a microwave and minibar fridge in the rooms ,upgrade your TV channels and towels put atleast 2 or 3
