we liked the room that we stayed in.The bed was comfortable. The Privateness of the facility.

As much as the property had so much to offer, we were extremely unimpressed with the network. Our room had NO NETWORK. We couldn’t connect to the Wifi. we couldn’t even connect to our own personal modem. We were also unimpressed with spa. We would have loved to end our stay with a massage but we couldn’t on account that on that day we wanted to make a booking there was no one at the spa reception to welcome us. when we FINALLY got service at the spa, we were informed that they were fully booked.

The place is modern, staff are friendly, it offers all the conveniences of a self catering apartment. It was clean, the view of the bush was amazing. It is spacious. Activities for children and adults alike on-site. I liked the various options such as tennis, volleyball, basketball, putt putt, soccer. A few swimming pools, walk-ways, on-site restaurant, convenience store that is so well stocked. On-site spa. You can literally just go with your clothes for a longer stay and find everything on the premises. It is located close to local tourist attractions such as those found on the Panorama route, e.g. Berlin Falls, Bourke's Potholes, Blyde River Canyon, God's Window, Three Rondawels and the Kruger National Park.

The units need aircon especially since it is risky to open windows with all the monkeys around.

Calmness and tranquility River close by and enjoyed the facilities for kids Pools were warm, great for kids Staff was friendly especially Elliot who assisted us when the H1 unit was not up to standard

Certain activities like the slides were not for guest but for membership only. As a resident guest , had to pay to utilize this facility. Units are not properly inspected as I had to provide a list of issues of the Hippo 1 unit I stayed in. Residents must do this inspection on resorts behave, really not professional Rock pools was not fully operational during peak season, disappointing Inclusive breakfast does not cater for Vegetarians

I like the location of the place it has lots of activities for both kids and adults. My kids and husband had lots enjoyment .The food at the Restaurant is too die for and all the staff friendly and very helpful. definitely coming back for my birthday day this year without kids😊🫣.Ohh i like that they have provisions of Big engine to accommodate loadshedding

I didn’t like that rooms doesn’t have aircon in this heat😭😭😭 and the fans are too close to the roof that you can’t feel the air ,kinly drop down fans a little .

Great place for a family holiday, everyone can keep themselves busy, and also spend time together. Restaurant is pretty! Views of the river is amazing!

We choose Hazyview cabins because there is so much for the kids to do, but the playground at the restaurant was out of order, the smaller slip n slide was out of order, and the toy store was closed. Restaurant service can improve a little bit.

We loved the chalet very much and our chalet was close to the courts and kids pool which my kids enjoyed. It was also nice to have a private plunge pool though we couldn't use it because of the weather but we really enjoyed the patio. The place was cleaned daily, and the staff was quite friendly and helpful.

We really loved the chalet we were booked in. The only problem was that the lounge was very cold as there was no heating, and as a result we could not sit and relax as a family in the evenings as much as we wanted to as we were forced to spend more time in our bedrooms which had heating. Some of the cupboards also smelt damp.

The staff were amazing and friendly, the restaurant was very good and the food was great. Nice and green. The spa was fabulous and the ladles were wonderful. Housekeeping great didn't see our invisible fairy but unit was always clean. Water hot, great pressure In shower. Maintenance were fast when our gas ran out and friendly, gardens lovely.

Restaurant play area was closed "due to construction " so very disappointing could not eat there as often as wanted as had to go somewhere for little one to play. Activities for entertainment were majority paying options of site which is not ideal for families. Not to much for little children to do. Jungle Jim needs looking at as it is old and needs repairs. The convenience store is not convenient, does not have much of anything except promo stuff. Had to drive to shops for everything, that was disappointing.

We stayed in the log cabin - pictures on the website were probably old and the unit was recently refurbished, which made for a pleasant surprise. Huge balcony for braais. We were a large group and the spaces were very comfortable without us feeling cramped. Great resort for young kids - with lovely pool, slides and games room for toddlers.

The lighting in the living area of the unit was very dim - this is where we spent most of our time. A few extra lights/lamp shades would've helped.

The apartment was big, clean and very well ventilated. Usually Mpumalanga is so hot and the moment you enter the apartment it feels so cool. They have so many things onsite which is a slide, spa, restaurant and an option to do activities at the reception. They also have a games room where they do activities with families and children sometimes, they also have a put and play as well as a sports court. It’s a very beautiful place all in all!

Nothing was out of order with the place

Wonderful week with the family over the school break. Cabanas was so well located for the activities we wanted to do,including just a 20-minute drive to the adventure parks(which the sight also offers) The accommodation was truly a home away from home(we booked a two bedroom with a patio, which also has a private braai). Everything you could ever need is catered for,up to braai utensils.A beautiful restaurant onsite with amazing staff.We had an amazing pizza night on our third day. There's so much to do even when you don't want to drive out. (3x pools.Tennis court/soccer field/basketball,a games room,volleyball, and even a bar at the restaurant,and there's an amazing spot to just listen to the flowing river) All in all, it is a brilliant environment to wind down and bond with the family. Kid's loved it. Definitely coming back!

Nothing really concerning the accommodation but potholes in the area,especially on the Sabie road, are bad(can only blame the government for the tyre I stuffed up, I guess )
