All the facilities, the staff, the surrounding nature, the food, and the drinks. I honestly loved every single piece of our experience. I've never been treated so well in my life. Our guide and driver Busani, the waitress Beatrice, and the tracker Opa were true friends to us during our stay. We know it's the crew's job to treat us well, but the way they do that with joy and affection made everything more special. Two nights at the Kapama were enough to impact our lives forever.

I loved everything.

The staff really makes you feel welcome from the time you drive through the front gate. The warm welcome made the long drive totally worth it. The different menus every night was good. Really enjoyed the boma evening. Overall enjoyed the various meals. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hospitality was excellent. The activities per day as well as downtime in between were well scheduled. The sunrise and sunset stops in the reserve was most enjoyable.

The coffee in the morning, prior to the game drive, was not very hot. The game drives were a bit dissappointing. We booked at Kapama especially for the sighting of the big 5. The last hour of the night game drive we personally felt was a bit of a waste since you dont see anything unless it is in the middle of the road. You are not allowed to shine the light on the animals, understandable, so you cant observe the animal or even take photos. Our experience sharing a vechile with another international group was that our sighting requests were put on the backburner in favour of their sighting requests. We were expecting a bit more effort from the guide to help us find the big five. We made numeruous stops at the same animal sightings.

Southern Camp is a good choice for comfort and all the usual features expected of a safari lodge. Grounds were beautiful. Food was excellent.

I thought I was getting the better suite and was surprised to find out that I had not booked it. The drives could have been a bit more informative. A few things in my room were not in best repair, e.g., sliding door to bathroom did not fully close.

Well, this was my fourth time staying in Kapama. it is certainly a magical place and never disappoints our guide Stjohn was knowledgeable, interesting and made the experience one will never forget. We stayed in A-villa and enjoyed our private pool. We had a group of monkeys that would come see us. We saw all big five within the first day. I’m looking forward to coming back. The service was impeccable, and we were even treated to a safari breakfast. All the staff were accommodating sure our stay was five star.

Excellent food, fabulous wildlife and nature, excellent experience. The staff were wonderful and there was meticulous attention to detail to ensure each guest had a great stay.

The spa was at a different location but it really didn’t matter as the staff organised a private driver to take me there and back, so it worked out fine.

All meals were excellent, the game drives were superb and the personal attention by staff allocated to us was super. However the first haldf we had to share the game drives with another couple - it was far better when we could go on our own later in the stay

In the middle of the privae game reserve with very capable rangers for the evening and morning game drives. They met our dietary requirements (pure vigan) by acquiring new pots and pans and cook especially for us delicious lunches and dinner. Free drinks at the bar and from the fully stocked minibar in the room. Staff very helpful and attend to all our needs. A lot of extra facilities - library, swimming pool, etc. - that we didn't have enough time to enjoy.

The accommodation was stunning, food was delicious, staff across all sectors were brilliant! Our Safari guides is what made the experience so incredible...Eleck & Lebu really made our trip so memorable! We saw the big 5 in 2 days & they went above & beyond to make sure we had the best trip possible! Thank you so much to you both!!

The property was prestine. Beautiful place and staff were amazing. We enjoyed our game drives and were able to see the Big 5. Would highly recommend

The property was modern, welcoming and beautiful. We loved spending time in the pool. And the hang out spots (bar, restaurant, Boma) were all beautiful.
