The environment is clean ... loved the garden The stuff is very friendly The breakfast is delicious and plenty considering the price you pay for. Kudos to the chef's we had a delicious breakfast for both days. The fact that we had our own privacy and no disturbance from neighbors is a huge bonus Its a walking distance from Monte 🎰 Secured with security What more can one ask for.

breakfast was fantastic, and so were the staff, Very friendly people. The place is very clean and also very close to Fourways Mall and even closer to the famous Monte Casino. So yes I would, will, and have already recommended people to the place

sometimes it just disconnects and connects, so the WiFi could be better in that regard, because when its connected it's fast. Other than that I would say everything is perfect

Close proximity to Monte Casino. The gardener and cleaning staff were friendly. Actually our go-to place to stay when in the area.

Reception was closed after 14:00 and we had to find someone to give us our key. I would suggest adding remotes to each room key for the gate, as we had to get out to ring the bell to be let out or wait for security who went to the bathroom when we wanted to exit and reception was still closed.

Room was nice and spacious really good value for money. It was clean and the bed was comfy. Our room had a nice view of the pool and the garden.

Channels of communication needs to be updated it's really hard to get into contact with the hotel wether it's from the app or directly. The couches need to be replaced it's obviously old and worn out. The TV is quite small for a room that big. There is air con but there was no remote provided in the room.

The care taken to ensure everything was ok despite electricity cuts. There is a generator which provides sufficient electricity for lighting and TV and then emergency lighting if necessary Gardens are beautiful and very well kept. Very close to restaurants , you can walk there in 3-4 minutes. ( Most closed in Mondays) Copious breakfast. Laundry service available and very efficient. Staff on duty 24/7 for outside electric gate.

breakfast was not that great, chicken sausage was chicken Vienna's, that wasn't the problem, Vienna's were over cooked and rubbery. Did not have that. Omlette had more tomatoes in it than any other filling. Shame the ladies do try but more effort can be made with Vienna's and Omlette, otherwise everything else was good. will return :-)

Friendliness, security, breakfast and location

Bathroom and bedroom lights are not adequate for reading or shaving. I will appreciate if Booking Com will consider a refund since I arrived one day late. Due to heavy snow in Munich I couldn’t fly out as scheduled as a result I checked in a day later. Looking forward hearing from you.

Everything about the place was wonderful, cleanliness, breakfast, pool view, friendly staff who even took best pictures when we asked them to take us pics....was very close to fourways mall, montecasino and cubana coz we like partying...will definitely come back🙏

Great breakfast. Convenient location to Fourways malls and Lanseria airport; restaurants within walking distance. Comfortable bed. Helpful staff.

The room was small and basic; it could have had more windows instead of just a sliding door to provide better ventilation. Noise from other guests, but okay, as it stopped by 8pm.
