My Reception was warm and welcoming. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. The proximity to the CBD and airport is very convenient. The location of the two nearby restaurants is excellent. Senior management/Owner of the establishment was gracious, friendly and extremely helpful! the man who assisting me with finding my wallet is a gentleman indeed and I would like you to extend my thanks to him for a wonderful stay.

Location was great 👍 Coffee shop. Restaurants on the corner was the best food and service I had experience in a while. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Towels were old and hard. Bathroom vent wasn't working. No airfresher available. Only 1 water for 2 people. Rooms walls need maintenance. Paint is peeling. Buffet is available but it's basically cereals. Or order separately. Food was good. You have to pay for the gym but it's not cleaned regularly. The bathrooms inside the gym are locked.

The food was very tasty. The breakfast was cold. I had to ask for cold milk the first day it was not set out, The second day there were no tea bags and boiling water set out had to ask again. It was a bit pricey though. I was travelling with an eight year old who only ate 4 strips of beacon for breakfast and was charged full price. There should be a kids price

I was in room 5 which is an interleading room to room 4. occupants of room 4 were very loud and noisy and partied till 2am. When they finally slept could hear the loud snoring for two nights, even my grandson struggled to sleep. Also noise from the restaurant facing the room. My advice when you book be sure not to book room 1 to 5.

The breakfast was a bit confusing on day one until a waiter explained that we have to order and pay directly. I obviously missed the breakfast comms in the booking.

There was only one hairdryer available between all the rooms and some guests just do not return. Swimming pool area always locked and one later afternoon no one could find the security person with the key. As the hotel was fully booked, the electric entrance/exit gates didn't work most of the time, but the reception was very helpful every time to come and open for us.

All in the room was 100%.

Its out of the hands of the guesthouse, but there was a guest who was talking LOUDLY outside in the garden area at 03:00 in the morning (it continued for about 45minutes whereafter I had enough), I had to go out at about 03:45 and had to talk to her very rude about her loud talking and other people trying to sleep in the middle of the night. But its not the guesthouse's fault.

The convenience and accessibility also the place is beautiful

What we didn't like was the treatment and reception lady's attitude..the tone of voice she used on clients on the phone and us also the rolling of eyes and the impatience..during check out she was having an altercation with another lady..it was very unprofessional

Good value for money. Didn't have to travel far. Local. Near important places like McGregor Museum and Duggan Cronin Art Gallery. Room service was good. They allowed us to check out 2 hours later. The receptionist was friendly. Thumbs up to Restaurant staff. Vegetarian Pizza was delicious.

No telephone for room service. No notebook and pen to scribble.

The hotel exceeded expectations, given that when outside it doesn't look like much is happening, however inside everything was well kept, preserved and maintained.

1. The shower drainage is not draining water, water stands in the shower. 2. The shower head is not evenly showering, even when standing below it, not much water hits the body. 3. The antique interior look needs to be maintained

What a beautiful venue , the staff was friendly and also I had forgotten an item in the room and the lady who was cleaning brought it to me right before I left .Its rare that we find people like that now .We are definitely revisiting this place ,hopefully for a longer stay .❤️

The view from my room, the property is just so beautiful, it’s a real hidden gem background blended in so nicely with our pictures,oh and the WiFi it was very fast

The water wasn’t really consistent hot, cold most of the time and I had to wait for a long time
