The Kimberley Anne Hotel offers a refined four-star experience, blending elegance with meticulous attention to detail. The decor is thoughtfully curated, and the entire property is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness. The staff, from the dedicated cleaners to the attentive management, provide exceptional service, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Its convenient location near the airport makes it an ideal choice for travelers.

However, there are a few areas for improvement. The menu descriptions don’t always match what’s presented on the plate, which can be disappointing. Additionally, staff should ensure the bar fridge is well-stocked with sufficient water, especially staying for more then one night or longer for added guest comfort. It would also be beneficial to designate a smokers’ corner away from the courtyard to maintain a pleasant environment for all guests.

Beautifully furnished, room came with coffee maker, coffee pods, milk, water and biscuits. Great linens- soft towels and cotton sheets.

Don’t like not having a door between bathroom and bedroom. Sound proofing between rooms isn’t great- could hear others taking showers and gurgling pipes/ running water from next door and upstairs woke us up. Service in restaurant was very slow both evening and morning- despite different serving staff. Have to ask for a WIFI code which means different slips of paper per guest which need to be renewed daily.

This hotel is highly recommended, from the beautifully decorated room, to the pure bliss of fresh high quality bedding all of it was fantastic, and the food !! absolutely fantastic. Perfect for our overnight stay , well fed and rested to hit the road again for our travels. The staff was very friendly and helpful and did not bat an eye with our dishevelled look on arrival after a day on the road, they made us feel welcome and comfortable.

It's a beautiful hotel with a fantastic location and absolutely great value for money! I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone going to Kimberly and would stay there again myself if I ever go back to Kimberly myself. The staff was extremely friendly, polite and helpful. The underground parking is very secure (with an automatic roller shutter door) and you need a key card to enter or exit from it. It's located in a central part of town but still very quite rooms and you don't get any traffic noise.

I wish there was a lift in the hotel so that I didn't have to carry my heavy luggage up and down the stairs when checking in and out of the hotel. I wish there was a wall / door between the bathroom and the bedroom, instead it was all part of the same room. I mean if I had a guest visit me or if I was traveling with someone they would have had absolutely no privacy while using the bathroom. My last gripe was that when ordering dinner or breakfast more often than not the waiters would screw up my order so I wish the hotel could implement a policy of having the waiters write down your order instead of trying to remember it (I was eating by myself and they couldn't even keep a single order straight I would hate to think what it would have been like if more people were dining with me).

Kimberley Anne Hotel is our absolute favorite overnight stop on the way back home. The rooms and bathrooms are extremely luxurious with exquisite finishes. The staff makes you feel very welcome and everyone goes the extra mile. It's more of a boutique hotel, so it's never overcrowded - we loved that even more. The food and menu are top notch! We will return again and again and recommend this to anyone who prefers a luxury stay

The breakfast was great, and the dinners were excellent. My guests really enjoyed the food and the ambiance. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel design and decor were unusual and very attractive.

My only complaint was the location of the safe deposit box in the room. It was in the clothes cupboard - which is fine - but it was located on the bottom shelf. It was very awkward to reach and to see how to operate it. I didn't use it.

Beautiful boutique hotel. The interior decorating was exceptional. Colors , bathroom finishes, and the amazing use of space! The food was excellent, beautifully sverved with attention to detail. The glass wine fridge was a lovely idea to the bssement entrance into the hotel . I loved the glass kitchen window connecting the diners with the professional chefs! The location was perfect, with easy access to the major routes . 😊

I requested a king-size bed. Unfortunately, it was not to be?

We LOVED our first room on the top floor. We were warmly welcomed. We also enjoyed the banting burger breakfast. The restaurant is beautiful. The parking is amazing! What a relief to feel so safe.

I loved our first room on the top floor, but then we were moved to a very noisy and faulty room at the bottom next to the restaurant. This was not comfortable. The coffee machine was not working well, the toilet kept running once flushed, and the bath is cracked. It felt like a huge downgrade from our room we had the night before. This room is also very noisy. I will ensure we book the right room next time.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel and we had a very stylish room. The Copper Oryx restaurant that is on-site had some of the best food we have had on our trip. Very friendly staff.

There is not much to dislike. Our timing was unfortunate and we arrived when a bride and groom had their pictures taken in the front and at reception so we just ducked and dived.

1. The food- needs a bit of improvement. I had dinner and breakfast at the hotel (not the best meals) 2. Wifi- the limit given on Wi-Fi was not enough. and not the strongest signal in the room I was in….Before check out I got a message to say it expired.
