I liked the rooms. I stayed at 6, 7A and 5. The latter has the best bed and exceptionally huge bed and room. From the big beds, bathtubs, service from the staff that clean the room to the breakfast team to the reception, chef and other staff. I liked the pool area, the warm pool, there's a spa when you need it. The cocktails were magnificent. Over and above everything, the staff was super friendly and attended to all my needs. The food was amazing too. The breakfast as well.

When you have to think so hard, then it means that there's barely much. The cats scare me but I understand why they are there, probably snakes I assumed.

The bedrooms were spacious, clean and beautiful. Loved the pool area and bar area which had access to tons of board games, books and a pool table. Although located inside a city it didn’t feel like it as we were surrounded by trees (nature). We felt safe and taken care off.

One of the rooms had a faulty shower head, for a five star establishment this shouldn’t even have happened. The towels are thin and out dated - strongly recommended updating them. The kids menu needs a review, seems like adult portions and ingredients are passed as child friendly e.g onions on burgers and large portions. The cheese burger could fill a grown man.

Room size -we were lucky and got upgraded - fabulous huge clean room. Thank you. Air conditiong was excellent. Mosi nets welcome! Food was all good - we stayed on a DBB basis. This was good as hotel is some way from town up steep hills. So once there we could relax fully. Plenty of different spaces across the hotel where you could dine! Quiet location. Friendly staff. Would visit again.

Lots of steps so maybe not the best choice if any key mobility issues. I’d suggest hotel gets some pots for tea at breakfast time-that would be a nice touch for tea drinkers.

The manager Nastajia is the best my husband was coming by bus from Jhb arriving at 7pm and she offered and arranged for him to be picked by the hotel driver.The hotel is very beautiful pictures dont do it justice. The room is massive well decorated, lovely shower, lovely quiet area. The dinner was amazin had the Oxtail.

Breakfast was a bit of a let down, the heater in the room took forever to warm up the room maybe because the room is quite big. There was no hot water in the morning, but it did come back maybe then can look into tanks.

I liked the breakfast menu especially hashbrowns. Dinner was awesome, and I'm glad that the chef could take special requests. The view, the heated pool, the normal pool, the bar area, the spa, everything was perfect. I strongly recommend this place.

They don't always have everything on the menu for dinner. The mat/carpet in the rooms made the room moist and uncomfortable. Most of all the location is too far from exciting Mpumalanga tourism sites e.g. God's Window, 3 Rondavels, etc. The hotel makes it all worth it though.

Beautiful place, people, and delicious food.

Our room was below the restaurant so we could hear cutlery, furniture and people. We were moved but I think the walls are thin because I could still hear voices as early as 5am. It was annoying waking up that early due to noise. Also I requested a romantic setup for our anniversary and it was not done and not communicated. So our anniversary was just a normal dinner with other guests.

I love everything. I had planned a special romantic day and evening for my partner and La Villa Vita did exceptional in executing my plans. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. Lunch dinner and super was superb.

Rooms were a bit chilly even with the aircon on high heat and the contact details days before the trip they failed to answer any call or respond to any email until the last minute after i had left countless WhatsApp messages and emails.

Its a very nice place and very convenient, rooms are spacious, bed comfortable

I've requested my breakfast to be packed for me and my family, the lady when we checked in she even noted that she will make the staff from the kitchen to be aware as we were to leave 7:30 on Sunday. So when we went to collect in the morning there was no breakfast and no was was made aware of the arrangement, I fee it's so unfair hence we paid for breakfast for 3 people. I feel I need Villa to contact me with regards as I'm not happy at all

The breakfast that comes with the booking, cosy bed and the ambience. A great escape from everyday life to unwind and relax. I had 2 separate booking because I wasn't decided on the number of days. When I filled them in about this at reception, the staff was very resourceful and didn't need to check out and check in again👌🏾☺️

The TV channels are limited.However, with the free WiFi, you can watch stuff on Netflix on your phone

I absolutely loved the ambience: tranquil and secluded. A perfect getaway. I was on a solocation and enjoyed recharging and some solitude. The rooms are squeaky clean and the bed terribly comfortable! The staff is friendly and I asked one of them to take pictures of me for memories. I also loved that staff is LGBTQ affirming. 10 10 10 across the board!

The restaurant is terribly expensive as well as the spa.
