Staff attitude and willingly to help however the administration specifically the finance or refund section are a whole disappointment as Zim still waiting for my money to date(26th September 2023) I cannot tell what Innocentia did to process my refund as she couldn't tell me exactly when I asked her days before my arrival, instead she asked for more information that was useless as Joyce used the same information I 2 provided weeks ago. Special thank you to zvincent and Mercy for their outstanding support and time to attend to us, we highly appreciate that. The facility is clean.

We were sleeping in a room with a dysfunctional toilet however we got to be moved on our last day. Dining room is way too small to accommodate the guests as I had to wait almost 30minutes and then moved from one table to wait again as it was already given to someone else. Lack 9f transparency in terms of the amount charged as there was additional tourist levy added of which I think it will be better to notify clients on time about it. Swimming pool also too small to accommodate clients.

When I wanted to go the breakfast, they told me that the price I paid wasn’t breakfast included and I asked how because when I searched the hotel on the e-booking one of the reasons that made me choose the hotel was a breakfast . Also on the e-booking there is no way to choose if you want to pay only the room or you want to pay both room and breakfast. This situation was very boring to me and my family. I think that e-booking are making big mistake with this issue because I facing this situation to times in a year.

This is my usual go-to place in the city. Pleasant staff and great facilities.

Travelling as a family, I got a complaint about poor cleaning service in one of the rooms. Towels were not changed and the bathroom did not seem to have been cleaned.

Breakfast and dinner very superb! my expectations were very much exceeded. Keep up the great work guys. We had a refreshing stay with the hotel staff so much helpful.

The breakfast time could be improved to at least half past ten in the morning. Maybe something like a small sofa in the rooms in the future could bring more comfort.

Room was spacious - study table was an unexpected surprise.

No fridge to keep water and/or cold drinks cold. The shower had signs of mould & body fat on the floor and bottom tiles. Towels were clean - but not the expected Marriot standard soft and thick towels like for eg. Protea Towers - Zambia. The inside bottom corners of the bathroom doorframe needs maintenance.

The staff was so friendly, organized. I appreciate the clean and lovely room i had ,everything i saw on booking.com it's wat i got and i would leave out the delicious food we had for breakfast till dinner 🤌👌 . We really had a lovely weekend with hubby and we looking forward to come back in the future☺️.

I was charged tourism levy that I knew nothing about. Thought the amount I paid thats it, no other payments. To our surprise, theres a levy when we check out. What if I spent all the cash I had? Then what? Luckily it was only a few bucks but next time, someone else might not have it Must always be upfront with clients. Otherwise everything was on point😁

The facilities, the pool, open rooms (enough space to move around. Breakfast was exceptional 👌🏽 😋 and there were plenty of options to choose from.

There was no bar fridge in the room. For 3 night stays or more it would have been very helpful.

The staff was nice especially my waiter Christopher who saw to all my needs without any fowl attitude .

There was a power shortage on Saturday which was not okay but we were given complementary wine though I don't drink wine, it was a nice gesture.

Hotel was lovely, well kept and told adequate. Beds were comfortable and staff were friendly! The pool and the pool area is wonderful.

Food was average and service in this department was slow and lacking. Otherwise, we loved our stay!
