The location - very close to amenities, close enough to walk and safely; the privacy of the small garden that came with the room; the Aircon, DStv (great channels); no noise; the blackout curtains that don't let light in; the staff was very friendly and helpful, esp. the lady at reception 👌

The mosquitoes and no pest/insect spray; softer pillows needed; more toilet paper; the zero alcohol policy is a tough one. Rather say No Public Drinking and No Drunkenness behavior on the premises. A vending and an ice machine would be a bonus. Overall, great place.

I felt at home. Easy to settle in. Quiet & comfortable. Safe & secure. All the basics covered like tea/coffee, kettle, soaps, small heater, and TV with DSTV. Nice compact braai area. Perfect for solo business travelers with work to do in the area. Beautiful little shopping center, 3 minutes drive away, callend 'The Greenery' with takeaways, supermarket, clothes, toiletries.

Bathroom is a little tight, but it isnt a problem as such. Parking's are a little tight, but there's one for each home, and it's totally manageable.

The welcoming was great. When we arrive, our driver didn't have a place to stay and despite being fully booked the manager assisted us greatly and we are so greatful. The staff both at the reception and kitchen were very friendly and available whenever you need something. Sophie, thank you. The food were well cooked, delicious, and more than enough. The rooms were big more like a one bedroom flat with enough space. The beds were soft and comfortable. And the blankets and towel clean and fresh. The kicthen is fully equipped. You can book a self catering and dont have to carry any of the kitchen utility. The location is perfect. So peaceful and clean.

It was an one bedroom apartment with everything that you will need for your stay. nice braai area. very spacious. All great.

I did not like that the Toilet was down stairs but that is something that you cannot change. The fact that when its load shedding and there is no water... That's something that you need to look at.. The electricity you cannot control and I can deal with that but the fact that there is NO WATER.. I cannot deal with that.. you need to get a back up for your water pump at least for your guest because we work late and we get to a guesthouse late then we can deal with no electricity but the water issue... NAH MAN!!!

The place is specious, Home away from Home. The bed was very comfortable.

•TV - Netflix can be better than DSTV. •Add more lights at the door. It's dark at night. •The owner/supervisor should monitor the cleaning staff regularly to check the cleaniness of the rooms. It will be advisable to use a vacuum cleaner once in a while.

It was very comfortable, like a home away from home. The kitchen had most cutlery, crockery, pots, chopping boards, jugs, it was super convenient. It really felt like home.

Cleaning can be more thorough, like vaccuming from time to time, the couches do smell of dust. Otherwise it really is nice to have the friendly housekeeping to come on a daily to clean and clear up for us.

A very modern, beautifully architectually designed and laid out intimate guest house. - reminded me of good ones in Germany. Lovely bedlinen and facilities. I will definitely stay there again

No electric blankets in winter.

Accommodation was as expected. Everything was working and in well order in the unit. Staff is very friendly and helpful with special requests. Breakfast ad dinner was top notch!

For the unit that I booked was equipped with the minimum and could have had a comfortable chair except for the one at the dresser.

The reception lady was such an amazing person,very professional very passionate about what she's doing and also very patient... The cook makes nice food and the service is tops, specially room service...she's also very professional.. counting all the OVERNIGHT ACCOMODATION S 🤔🤔🤔THIS ONE IS MORE WELCOMING ...and feels at home

Unfortunately loadshedding was a bummer. Not any fault on the accommodation however it would be nice if they invested in a more effective means of lighting other than the flood light in the rooms. Suggest maybe something solar-like for the WiFi and tvs etc.
