Location,the breakfast and the rooms were clean.

I didn't like the tap shower malfunction,the TV channels are awful and lastly the shower soap and shower gel was awful 😞

Wheelchair user - I was checked into their wheelchair friendly room. I did a video for Social media as I share my travelling journey - notdisabled_enough (have a look!) Staff were INCREDIBLE. treated me as a normal person and asked if i wanted any help before doing anything, including touching my wheelchair. They reserved a table for me for breakfast that was easy to get to. Breakfast was good and as i have allergies there was also plenty to eat. I also left something behind, they kept it for me so i could come for it! Sliding toilet door on the bathroom!

Maybe get some trays for buffet breakfast - means that I could do a little bit more myself by putting the tray on my lap. Chair in the bathroom for wheelchair users might need replacing which I forgot to mention! Need more rails in the bathroom for balancing.

Garden Court Kings Beach was great! The staff are so friendly and very accommodating. The waiters and chef are such good people. Vuvu, Morris and all the kitchen staff made my children feel valued and had knowledge on halaal which helped a lot when having the kids feel confident enough to help themselves. It is actually this stay that makes me feel confident of my next visit at another Garden Court in KZN. Definitely the benchmark for comparisons. To sum it up, will I stay there again, MOST DEFINITELY!!!

This is not the hotels doing, but while my kids were swimming, one of the guests was throwing items out the window on the 4th or 5th floor. It was a bit annoying as I was worried it would fall on one of my kids' heads, but also, I get kids will be kids.

Staff was very friendly, place is in an excellent location. Close to the beach and majority of points of interest, which really is ideal for travellers. gym and running tracks were a bonus for me. Food was great at breakfast. My flight was late and I had to check out and leave my luggage, this was done with ease and process followed gave me a sense of security.

Sea facing room had no balcony, That was really not nice. I see it's how it's built but having an early morning coffee at the balcony facing the sea, is on it's own a holiday for me.

Location was perfect Dining room at breakfast was packed but I was given a breakfast pack which I enjoyed the linen was fresh I enjoyed my short stay

Yho, the car parking is awkwardly situated, you have to drag your luggage all the way from the parking on top to the foyer at the ground floor. I had a big suitcase which I dragged along, its exhausting guys!!! The following morning I had to push my luggage up the incline again to my car! When I arrived at reception, no one was there until the security person went to fetch him.

The place is nice. Well located and close to everything we wanted to do. Staff was very helpful, friendly and the room was cleaned daily. For breakfast spread was big. I also liked that they had a safe holding area to place your bags after you’ve checked out which help me because my flight was only late in the evening so just didn’t have to carry my bag while I explored the city

Either our aircon did not work or we couldn’t use it as it is a very old and outdated aircon and our room was cooking

The location is convenient and surrounded by varying amenities including the beach at a stones throw away and the sea view from the hotel is awesome, and also has a fitness centre on the 8th. The food was excellent and service on par.

Could do well with providing a bar fridge in the rooms including complimentary drinking water, upgrade the TV sets as well as ensure the room telephones are in working order - or at least give guests an orientation of the place.

Breakfast was good with a lot of variety. Times are very accomodative. Cleaning was done promptly toallow the room to be neat and clean. Staff so helpful and dishes collected promptly when done eating each course

I did not check the conditions for other meals, but I think Garden court can do better with meals like Dinner so that we can fully taste the delicious chef dishes that we had for breakfast which were so amazing

There was a guy by the name of Sivuyle from maintenance who assisted me with the bar fridge....the whole staff was incredible. That guy repaired that fridge because I didn't have one in my room.

Raymond a certain chef that had a bad attitude, on Friday I couldn't eat lamb livers thanks to him because I waited for them on top of that he had a stinking attitude.

I loved the rooms neat, comfortable and with air-conditioned. The view from the room was breath taking. However, the toilet did not want to flush and I didn't want to complain. Also we ran out of coffee and sugar real fast and didn't want to ask. The breakfast buffet was out of this world and so delicious. But on the whole we had a lovely stay and plan to visit soon again. Thank you.

Too little coffee and sugar provided. Toilet couldn't flush.
