Excellent breakfast. Staff could not have been more delightful and helpful. A very nice place to stay

The room was very dark, a little depressing. We would have preferred to be upstairs. I appreciate the tree above pool was dropping berries continuously but perhaps more maintenance whilst this happens as the pool never looked very inviting with so much floating on the surface, however this really is a minor thing.

Well maintained Boutique Hotel and very helpful staff. Vee was exceptional at helping us with our safari request. Location is the right part of P E.

Breakfast offering can be improved in terms of variety.I requested cereals but was told it was not available. As I was checking out after a few days,I mentioned this to the front desk and was told it is available. Disappointed I left.

I always enjoy my time at this property. It has everything from very friendly, thoughtful staff to a great service. I came with a Newborn and there was a cot, baby muslin towel & bedding fit for little royalty. For the adults, gowns & slippers to help us relax in our temporary home. Facility had an in-room fridge we could use for baby milk & a sink to sanize baby things and get coffee water from. TV swivels so you can watch from bed or mini loungette. Everything is available quickly on call. The breakfast is to die for. The property is beautiful & there's a mini cinema to wind down at and a spa. There's also a mini gym for fitness fanatics on the go and the art meets music aesthetic of the place makes the boutique hotel feel like an out of town remote spot that's still close to useful amenities and a stroll to the beach

I think they don't allow outside food in the premises without permission but it doesn’t seem like much of a strict policy.

The room was larger than expected, which was nice; the bathroom was really nice, the lighting in the room was great, and the art and service were amazing. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The bed was comfortable and especially given that I'm a tall person and in most hotels, my feet hang off the end of the bed - the bed was wide and long enough that I could comfortably ly down on it without my feet dangling off.

My wife's main course dinner - she ordered fish, and it was full of bones, and the vegetables (Broccoli was overcooked - like it was brown, and the squash was undercooked - butternut/pumpkin should not be el-dente), we made mention to the waiter, who in turn notified the chef, and the chef didn't bother to come and talk to us. The starter portion calamari wasn't up to 5-star standard, but everything else we had was really nice.

The whole experience was good and the staff were exceedingly helpful, nothing was to much trouble and the food was lovely. If there was a negative then the water from the taps is slow but they did have a severe water shortage on the dates of my stay and maybe a mat on the floor of the shower would be a good idea as the tiled floor is very slippery when wet. I would def stay there again and will recommend them to anyone.

Our room was lovely with everything we needed. surrounded by beautiful art work. the staff were friendly and welcoming. Dinner was excellent.

We asked for nibbles to be served with our G & Ts in the lounge in the afternoon. a handful of nuts, 10olives and a few bits of biltong. R190 was way over the top - in many places this is complimentary. my breakfast eggs were inedible due to vinegar used in the water for poaching!

It is a beautiful property with friendly staff and a very unique setting.

I travel the globe for business and therefore have stayed in more hotels I care to remember. There’s a very fine line between how nice a place is to cost. I’m afraid No5 is excessively overpriced.

The hotel was just beautiful, amazing artwork and paintings. Awesome facilities. Very Clean. The staff were so friendly, from the time we arrived until we left, they went above and beyond, they made us feel like royalty. We really enjoyed the breakfast and supper, the chef really outdid themselves. The location was also great, we could walk to the beach and take a lovely stroll. There's also a mall close by (Boardwalk Mall), walkable distance. We felt very safe.

The friendly staff was amazing. The food unbelievable good. The suites incredible comfortable. For me the design of the hotel was most important. Compliments!! Eye on every art deco detail. We extended our stay for all these reasons. Thanks again!!

Everything. It was perfect and I loved every moment of it. The staff was amazing and as a light sleeper, it was super quiet. Everything was perfect and birthday spoils were everything. I got a birthday card and a bottle of sparkling wine. I love it and love you guys too much. Can't wait to return 🥰

That I didn't stay longer. Loooove it 🥰 Adding an electric blanket would be great also but it's really a perfect place. I wish I'd stayed longer.
