The hotel is conveniently located close to the Hauendae beach. The room has all the necessary amenities and free coffee in the lobby. You get free water bottles in the fridge. The staff speaks understandable English. The breakfast room in the hotel's basement resembles a student hostel. There are only three types of breakfast served, and you must choose one. However, I tried two of them, which were tasty and substantial.

When I arrived, they explained that they had offered me an upgrade—I got the triple room instead of the double. However, it was turned into a backyard with some opened bars and a very laudable external air-conditioning unit that switched on every 10 minutes. The worst were garbage bins directly under my window, which was through this not to open.

Excellent location, if you are looking for a sea rest. Great ideas with "powder room" and iced water on the ground floor. Decent "American breakfast" option. Comfortable room and responsive staff, - all together make nice impression.

Once, I signalized about room cleaning with a button + with a sign on the door handle, but the room was not cleaned. Maybe some miscommunication happened, but reception staff apologised and at least changed the towels. Breakfast options could be more variable. On certain days it was too noisy outside and windows could not protect from the street noise at night. Lighting in the room could be brighter

I want to give this review as a huge shout out to the staff at Best Hamilton. On my last day I forgot my kindle on the room, the staff went above and beyond on finding it and then send it over to me to the airport with a taxi driver, just in time before I hade to board my flight. Everyone was super nice and helpful at all times. Rooms were excellent, higher quality accommodation for its value

There was one thing only, sadly on our first night we had the unfortunate experience of bedbugs. It wasn’t so terrible, but we didn’t expect it in this typo of accommodation. Anyway, the staff disposition compensates for any minor inconvenience.

The view is exceptional (11 floor)! There is a laundry available for all the guests which we used for sure; in the lobby there is a make up room to everyone who can use. The room is very good, and since we are traveling in group, having the shower and the toilet separate, help us a lot! In the front of the hotel, there is a 7eleven available and, around the corner there is a C.U. Convenience store too. Near Haeundae Traditional Market

Very noisy, since there are karaokes around the hotel. The metro/subway station is 15min walking, but wasn’t a big issue for us (it can be for other guests), and for curiosity, is 40min by Subway to go to Seomyeon area (downtown). The breakfast is “a la carte”, with 3 major options. The coffee/tea/bread is a la vontê ✨

The place is amazing and really near the ocean. They gave me a nice room with an ocean view. The bed was really soft and I slept like a baby. The staff was all really nice and they let me store my bags because I arrived early. They were very responsive to all my inquiries. I would definitely book this place again!

You have to walk around 10 minutes to reach the subway station. Not bad but a bit challenging in winter.

it was our second time in this hotel, however this time it was only with my mom. Our room was good in term of space and all, the staff was very good and gentle, very helpful and everything, totally recommended! The hotel is at a walkable distance from the haeudae beach

The bathroom as it has lavatory in the room hallway, and the washroom and the shower in two distinct space - which could be uncomfortable if you travel with someone you don't know. Another thing is the Mouquet, but is something that you can overcome if the room is clean

Adjacent to Haeundae beach. Parking fee was only 5K KRW. I liked that hotel offered free multi phone charging cables, which was useful. The room was spacious for its price. Each level, there are 4 or 5 flats, so there is no delays in waiting for the lift. Overall, I have no complaint.

Nothing really. The staff was a bit stringent about check-in time policy(In general, it's not flexible in Korea even during the off-peack season) but the receptionist said there was a available room with a non-condescending tone :).

Cleanliness, hygiene and security. The property was well maintained and looked like it was recently opened for business, the staff were very hospitable and welcoming. Pity we did not get the chance to visit the basement for the breakfast due to our tight schedule, but will definitely do so the next time we visit Busan and stay at your hotel.

We couldn't find any reason to bring up. However, we do noticed that it would be very helpful to provide attractions nearby the hotel, for food and cultural enrichment. The latest happenings during our stay would be useful so we can compare with information online and decide which we would prefer as recommended by the hotel.

The room was very spacious and comfortable. The beds and pillows were soft. Room had all facilities we needed and were cleaned every day. We got a view to the ocean, so that was a very pleasant surprise - we loved it very much. That is one reason location is great - the beach is close and its pretty calm area. The bus and metro stations are close, main street with shops is pretty close by, a walkable distance. There was shuttle bus stop to airport very close by too! The breakfast was delicious and had good options. We really enjoyed the Korean breakfast! I really enjoyed my stay here and would come back!

On the they we arrived some places in room looked a bit dusty, but it was cleaned properly after cleaner came. One blanket had a small hole in its cover, so maybe it would be good for hotel to renew some of their covers as it looks old. But overall it is not a big deal.

Nice staff, big room, comfortable bed. The water pressure in the shower is amazing! It is very close to Haeundae beach, but Busan is a big city so the Hotel can't be close to everywhere. Check which locations you are going and how to get there. Many restaurants/cafes nearby and there is a 24h 7-eleven right in front of the Hotel, which is very handy.

The room felt a little bit cold, but it was peak winter and temperatures were unusually low in Busan. The duvet was good enough to keep us warm at night though.
