I stayed in both Haeundae and Samyeong locations and here's a resume - Haeundae is way better location. 5 minutes and you are on the beach! - Breakfast at Haeundae was better, had more options (even cereals with milk). - the view in Haeundau was way better than Samyeong too - Breakfast is served from 7 to 9:30 compared to 6:30-9 and 7-9:30 over the weekend in Samyeong. Similarities: - Coffee was very good in both locations - Both have washing and dryers, for a super good price - in both you can store luggage before and after checking in/out - both rooms were very similar, not too small, not too big, desk, good wifi, small but great bathtub. - both have a 24/7 convenience store nearby IT's definitely my stay for Busan

Rules are a bit too much but i think it's Korean standard, in both: - check-in late (16:00), check-out very early (10:00) - must say at the beginning when you want cleaning in your room, otherwise you get towels every day - have to specify to bring every 2nd day if you don't want them. Also you have to not be in the room from 10:00 to 16:00 if you want the cleaning service - they also bring you a small bottle of water every day, could save the plastic given there's a water fountain in the lobby

Very convenient location, the sea and the beach just across the road. Reception is very helpful and nice. Cleaning personnel makes their work very good, and even too good (they were bringing a new set of towels literally every day). There was a convenient laundry corner on the ground floor. And at the last day of our visit they set up a Wowpass machine, so you can see, they are constantly developing and making your stay there better.

The first days there were too many people, I think it was because of holiday on August 15th. They occupied all of the cafeteria, and it was very problematic to find a free seat there. The food choice wasn’t very variable, but good anyways. Air condition system was slightly loud.

The hotel is a short walk from Haeundae beach, and the main shopping mall with restaurants and shops are just a little farther (approximately 500 m). Depending on the route one takes, the route to malls can be dark. There are no restaurants within a 100-200 m from the hotel. But there are 2 24-hour type convenience stalls where one can buy a meal from a chiller/freezer or shelf, and use the microwave in the store to warm/cook it. Breakfast is included in the package for us. The spread is decent but it is more for the locals (rice and hot dishes to go with the rice). There is bread and toaster. Breakfast hours are pretty short from 7 to 9.30 am. We booked a room for 3. The were two separate bedrooms and a living room, which was excellent and comfortable. Rooms are not very big, but the living room with a sofa helped in giving the room look big and useable.

No wardrobe to hang clothes - there was a rail with hangers to hang clothes. No iron in room. No restaurants that are within 100 - 200 m, and having to walk through some dimly lit areas to the restaurants. The area looked safe enough. Nothing really much to complain about. Just be aware that the hotel caters mainly to locals and Asians, so English is not understood by many of the staff. Then again, this might be true of the city but we stayed only 2 days to determine if English is generally not understood by people in the city. But translation technology was a tremendous aid in the city.

On arrival the reception staff were supported and provided with the required information. They also booked us a taxi as we had an early morning flight. Breakfast provided was surprisingly very good. Facilities in the room were exceedingly clean, comfy and the bathroom was compact but had all the utilities you need. Will consider this stay for another time.

Breakfast time was hectic as everyone was trying to eat and was hard to find a place to sit and eat. Suggestion is to break the times or make the breakfast time longer for all guests.

The hotel is situated in a very convenient location. At check-in, I had Gahyeon help me. She was very professional, kind and helpful. She assisted with an additional booking that I required and even helped me sign up for a membership card for the hotel. She even provided wonderful food recommendations in the area for my friends. Absolutely amazing! The room itself was also great. It was very clean and spacious. I was also pleasantly surprised to find out that there was a free breakfast and laundry machines and dryers available. I would highly recommend this hotel to travellers looking for a comfortable stay near the beach.

the hotel is located literally next to Haeundae beach and a lot of attractions are within walking distance (up to 3km-30min walk). The room was big and clean and the bathroom was in perfect condition. There was even complimentary bottled water in the mini-fridge in the room. Breakfast has a wide range of foods from typical Korean dishes to western type toast and cereal. It’s self-service so you can pick and choose what you want. Absolutely delicious (I highly recommend the pickled radish side dish-exceptionally tasty!). The staff was very friendly and helpful and if you don’t speak Korean they are fluent also in English. The bed had a firm comfortable mattress and firm pillows. There’s tv,air-conditioning and hairdryer available in the rooms.

The only minus was the lack of USB type of sockets in the room. Nowadays with phone charges and other devices operating with USB cable that would be extremely handy to have in the room. There are chargers available in the lobby downstairs but you have to actually stay there to charge your phone which is very inconvenient.

The hotel was in a fantastic location. It was within walking distance of the beach, the bus, great restaurants etc. The view of the beach from my room was great as well. I love that they give you pajamas and other toiletries.

The pillows were too hard. As a westerner, if I were selecting a hotel solely based on the quality of the breakfast I would not have selected this hotel.

Staying at this Hotel made my stay fulfilled. The room was large enough for me with a 28" luggage size. Hotel facilities were provided and easy to get for your need each day. I will stay here for sure on my next visit to Busan.

The hotel may need to provide a tag sign to inform the housekeeper to know whether the room needs to be cleaned or not. The only problem I had was so difficulty communicating with the housekeeper, as she came to me and spoke in Korean, which I couldn't understand. I asked if she meant to clean the room then please do. And I even act sweeping the floor to her. She said yes. Then when I reach the room in the evening, towers and water were left in front of the room. I stay for 3 nights without cleaning and filling up the bath/toilet staff or cleaning rubbish cans.

This property was clean. We always saw people cleaning and working hard. It was close to the beach and the bus line. The Main Street and metro were an easy 7 minute walk. The room was clean, well furnished, and comfortable. The breakfast had good fun choices. We eat lots of Korean food. The staff was helpful and pleasant.

the place is very well located if you want to stay near haeundae beach. it's walking distance from the station, and just a couple of blocks a way bus station. the place is also remarkably clean. to the point that was impressive! room is small but has everything you need. breakfast is great too
