Nice, clean, and cozy little hotel. Nothing very luxurious, but all our needs were met. There's a nice little terrace on the top of the building where one can sit and relax in the evenings, watching the night scenery of Busan. And the view from our room was amazing too. The staff were friendly and helpful, they recommended some local attractions for us to visit and were very accommodating. We've had an issue with our transport to the main train station on our way out, because we had a very early train to catch and there were no buses or subway lines available this early, and the owner had tried his best to help us sort this thing out. All in all, we had a pleasant stay, and would recommend it.

No real problems with the property itself, but travelers should be aware that it's quite close to nearby loading docks and a marina, hence a strong smell of fish permeates the entire neighbourhood. Also, it's rather dirty in places (the surroundings, not the hotel itself). This wasn't an issue for us, but if you want to be stationed in a nice neighbourhood, maybe something to take into account. And also it's a bit far from the city center and various places most tourists will likely want to visit, so be prepared for some time spent in transport.

Some people may find the hotel a bit out of the way from tourists spots but we personally liked it! And there is a bit of a fish smell on weekdays but nothing unbearable! Also hard beds that i personally found uncomfortable.

Rooms are beautiful and comfortable. Great size. Loved the roof of the room. View was a great way to wake up, too. Friendly staff. Very helpful even though we couldn't speak any Korean. Drove us to Busan Station on our last day so we didn't have to stress.

Beautiful location and very scenic, one of the best views in Busan. Very friendly staff and accommodating, decided to add additional nights and they were more than welcoming. The rooftop view was one of a kind and amazingly stunning!!!

Great location, but the surrounding buildings were seafood processing company so the smell was quite fishy🐟🎣🎏.

The view from my bed was mesmerizing, during the night time just open the curtain and you will feel ocean side view. That view was comforting.

Great view from the window, location next to the beach (we walked), there you can ride the funiculars over the sea, the hotel staff is excellent and nice, the room is comfortable and cozy. Love it🔥

Nice hotel with a beautiful view of the sea near busan. The room was clean and the interior is modern and well taken care of. The Staff was very nice, especially the owner went out of his way to help us find our way around town. We enjoyed our stay and would book it again.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They assisted us in everything we needed, even directing us to the best places to see and the best routes to take.

The property was excellent, we loved the view from our room. so relaxing and surreal to be by the water. Very reasonable price. really appreciated how clean the hotel was kept.
