Fantastic location near metro, markets, shopping and street food. Busan station is not far away either. Great to have a washing machine. The accomodation is unstaffed but this was no issue as clear and friendly instructions are sent via email.
Room is quite bright at night, I’d recommend bringing an eye mask to help sleep. We were there for 4 nights and room didn’t get serviced the whole time so floor was dirty by the time we left and the small rubbish bins very full.

Mobile check-in was a very smooth process. The studio apartment-style room (with full-size fridge-freezer) was very comfortable and had the feeling of 'home away from home'. There is no daily housekeeping - which I liked because I usually have to put out the DND sign in other hotels. The room has excellent lighting with individual switches for easy control of brightness. Hotel location between two subway stations (both within easy walking distance) and close by to numerous shopping and dining options is very convenient.
There is no on-site Reception Desk. The hotel operates a Remote Reception, which can be contacted by email or phone. While this is not my favourite option, the one time that I had a problem, the Remote Reception responded to my email straight away and the issue was resolved very quickly.

It has all the necessities, the fridge is huge and plus point for the washing machine
There’s no reception and almost everything is self service including the storage of luggage. The staff is available when you request for assistance but I just find it a bit hassle to use the QR code to log in to chat and wait to request for assistance and wish this could be made simpler as not everyone is tech savvy especially for the elderly and maybe some with certain disability. I thought a phone could stil be the best choice and faster to get the assistance or information needed. As for luggage storage I was a bit worried as there was no staff manning though there was cctv installed I just find it could be better to have staff manning it or perhaps individual locker for better security features.

The rooms match the photos, and as a solo traveler I had more than enough space in my room. It was extremely quiet in my room with the window closed, though I think I went during a low travel period for Busan so there weren’t many people staying there. The price was extremely good when I booked, so for the cost this was a very great stay. I appreciated the washing machine and detergent provided, and from the 15th floor the views were good from every window (though I would say with the buildings across the street, it doesn’t seem necessary to pay extra for the harbor view. The view was nice from the hallway window out the back of the building, too.) I was able to leave my luggage on the last day and felt safe throughout my stay (but Korea is very safe overall for a solo traveler). It’s close to Busan Tower and a quick travel tip is that there are cats that hang out at the base of the tower, and there’s beer and coffee there that you can enjoy on terraces and watch the sunset. I didn’t go till the last hours of my trip and regretted not going sooner, especially so close to the hotel!
I couldn’t figure out the air conditioning despite using google translate and looking up a user guide. It would turn itself off after a short time even though it was warm in the room, so I kept having to turn it off and turn it back on throughout the night. There’s quite a bit of street noise with the window open. And it wasn’t an issue for me because I’m just one person and washed a small amount of clothes, but you have to get creative with hanging it up to dry around the room. And Nampo has lots to do/eat/shop but I personally ended up not preferring the neighborhood and could have stayed closer to Busan Station for convenience and the food and cafe options over there.

The location is super convenient. The flat is nice, comfortable and has all needed. We used the washing machine (we only had to ask for the drying rack, but we got it right away). The owner was replying quite quickly.
The flat is bit on the smaller size and the bed has some kind of plastic sheet(i guess to protect the mattress) under the normal sheet, which was a bit uncomfortable sometimes. The door lock is a bit tricky if you put a wrong password, you have to wait sometime for it to work again, so we got bit stuck once.

Extremely clean, a very large fridge (as you rarely find) although quite useless, I would have preferred a wardrobe. There is no reception. Everything is coded and communication is done through messages. Everything worked great. There is a special space to store your luggage before check-in and you can leave it there at check-out. This was very useful. There is also a cafe within the building, which for us was a plus. The area is highly trafficked; however, it wasn't noisy at all, which means it's very well insulated.
The mirror and sink were in the hall. That was ok. But where there is a mirror, you don't put an incandescent light bulb that goes out frequently. Being women, we used that space quite a bit and it was annoying that the light kept going out. If we had to stay there for a week it wouldn't have been very comfortable as the space is extremely small for two people. There are only 4 coat hangers hanging on a rod in the room. There was no closet to store your clothes.

The rooms are quiet and comfortable. The soundproofing seems to be quite effective and, for the most part, the other guests respected the quiet time 10 pm to 8 am rule. The washing machine and full-size fridge and separate freezer are very convenient. The location is very close to two subway stations and lots of shopping options. Despite the Reception Desk being at a remote location, when I had a maintenance issue, the Remote Reception attendant responded to my email promptly and the issue was dealt with swiftly.
To be honest, I don't really like using Remote Reception. I would have felt more comfortable if there had been an onsite Reception.

Amazing view, easy self check-in. Ideal for one person.
I stayed there for three nights and no cleaning was done - it was described as for my benefit of not disturbing me, however I feel like if you stay somewhere more than one night, it should be automatic unless you request not to have done it. And on the top of not doing cleaning at all, I had to message for more coffee bags as two were provided but I stayed for longer - they did deliver it immediately. But should I had to message at all or should it be there if there is no cleaning included and I am staying there for three nights?

Great location. Really cozy and comfortable for a solo traveller and loved the convenience of the little kitchen. For being right on a busy road the sound proofing was excellent and the air con worked great. I wanted to check in early and there was a small fee but I thought it quite reasonable and even though theirs no on site staff like a hotel someone was able to help me facilitate early check in very easily. Everything was clean and well thought out for the guests, the information sent for check in was easy to follow and the luggage storage for the couple hours between check out and my train leaving was incredibly convenient. Would absolutely stay here again when I come back to Busan.
Not really their fault but the common area was closed for renovations which would have been nice to use. Otherwise my stay was lovely :)

Amazing location, a 5 minute walk to the fish market, the BIFF square, shopping streets, the Busan Tower, etc. etc. etc. The hotel provided great instructions so the building was easy to find (close to the train station and many buses). Check-in process was smooth. The room is beautifully decorated and boasts lovely views to the sea. Restroom was really clean and the shower was spa-like! We used the laundry machine a ton which was a life saver! This hotel is an incredible value. I would recommend, and would stay here if I visit Busan again!
The bed was harder than my liking, however this is a personal preference.
