Very clean and family oriented facilities, extra ordinary kind and professional staffs. Especially the food court providing international menu with high standards and affordable price was exceptionally satisfying. Lake view and the walking road was fantastic. My kid and entire family truly enjoyed the bowling in the evening. The book cafe was beautiful and the best for kids.

Swimming pool and shower area could be bugger and more premium. They charge pretty much for the hotel guests too, then it should be better quality. Too crowed for that size.

A good spot if you want to unwind for a couple of days. It’s got everything you need: a great buffet restaurant (top notch quality), a pool (although very expensive and on top of your room’s price), a spa (same as the pool, even the sauna, everything is charged extra).

You have to pay for everything. And when I say everything I mean it. Plan to double your initial bill if you stay for a couple of nights.

Very clean, neat room, spacious, modern bathroom, nice balcony. Hotel is situated at the lake, walking paths around are wonderful. Thee terrace is a nice place to sit in the sun.

There is no airconditioning in the room, instead the heating system is all the time on. We slept with the open door to the balcony and so could lower the temperature of the room from 26 degrees to 22 (which we still found very warm). I have reported it to the reception desk, they checked it, and after telling me that I could simply switch off the heating (which I could not), I didn't complain any further.

Wonderful bedroom/balcony view. Amazing buffet breakfast. Beautiful walk around lake. Easy access by taxi to Hanok village and then we walked around village & all main historic sites. Hotel a Grt base for visiting any sites in Gyeongju. We also took taxi up to temples, again lots of walking once there.

No proper bar with cocktails & style

Our room had a beautiful view over the lake with a balcony. It was large, with two comfortable chairs and table by the sliding door. The hotel had a food court offering choices such as Korean, Japanese, Italian and burgers. There was a large seating area for guests to sit once they had chosen their food options. We had room service and it was very good. You need a taxi or your own car for touring the area. We enjoyed this lakeside hotel for the tranquility and gorgeous view. The staff were friendly and the room was clean.

The air-conditioning had been turned off on November 1. We arrived shortly after this and the weather was still very warm, which made our south-facing room unbearably hot. The hotel gave us a fan, which helped a little, but we had to have our balcony door wide open and the fan turned on to reduce the 26C heat of the room. The hotel offered us a cooler north facing room on the other side of the hotel, but we declined because we did not want to lose our lake view.

Hello everyone, this is not my first visit to South Korea and I am always very happy about it, I was very pleasantly surprised by this hotel on the shore of a magnificent lake, everything around the lake is surrounded by green trees, when the sakura blossoms and you see it, it’s just a DELIGHT! I recommend to everyone ! and definitely excursions, evening and daytime.

The one disappointment was the breakfast buffet, which offered a surprisingly limited selection given its popularity and the overall standard of the hotel (room service was better value). And a frustration was the total absence of drawer space in the room. Some of us still like to unpack on holiday!

The room is extremely spacious with wonderful views to both sides of the hotel. The services and restaurants were friendly and high quality. The interiors are tasteful and welcoming. The location, though in the tourist resort, is quiet and gives a glimpse of the beautiful nature. The bowling alley was great fun.

The bus connection is sometimes unreliable, therefore making you depend more on taxis. Prices for similar food and beverages vary significantly between the different restaurants. The room service didn’t include coffee variations. The nice TV on the room doesn’t feature Netflix or casting devices.

Location - Hotel face the Bomun Lake. 5 mins walk to bus stop, direct bus to city, Bulguksa Temple and KTX Train Station. Easy to get a cab from the city to the hotel. Facilities - There is a nice book store and cafe, lounge, grocery store and restaurants at the lobby. Room - Deluxe Twin Room with Lake View is big and has a big balcony facing the lake. The toilet is big with bath tub and rain shower. There is a coffee table with chair and a workdesk with 3 pin-plug and 2.1A usb port for charging. Both sides of the bed comes with 2 pin-plug.

Aircon - It was not operating and It was in heater mode. It was too warm that we need to switch off the heater and open the balcony door at night. Facilities - Need to pay for the swimming pool, Sauna and the bowling alley. S$40 for indoor swimming pool in Nov (non-peak) was very expensive. Why would a 5 star hotel charges for swimming pool or sauna? Maybe only in Korea. Bus - There is no free shuttle bus service to the city. Hotel should provide a standard schedule for bus 700 from the hotel to the KTX station, the bus stop only indicate bus arrival time for bus 10 and 11.

location is great, view over the see is stunning with the lights in the evening. the building, the entrance hall and the overall ambiance is terrific. Size of the rooms is very good. rich breakfast buffet

more storage space in the rooms. for 2 persons we were not able to put our clothes in a closet or a sideboard. I would have expected this from this category of hotel
