The rooms were soundproofed, we couldn't hear anything from the neighbouring rooms! The hotel room is newish, clean, and there was enough space for the 2 of us to spread out. The bathroom was a good size. We were within walking distance to the Olle market, and lots of restaurants. It's also walking distance to one of Seogwipo's waterfalls. We took the bus everywhere and it was conveniently located for us to do so. We arrived a bit earlier but the room was ready and we were allowed to check in early. Overall, a great experience. Good value for money.

The hotel is a 10-minute walk from the airport bus stop, in a calm area of Seogwipo. The hotel staff are friendly and hospitable, always smiling and happy to help you. The room is spacious with a comfy bed and good shower - the bathroom is on the larger size, so generally there's no problem with wetness around the toilet area. Plus the room is cleaned every day (and bottles of water are restocked)! Breakfast is available for a small fee in the hotel - it's more on the simple side, but this is reflected in the price. You can easily walk into Seogwipo centre within 10 minutes, other sites take 20-30 minutes max. There are many restaurants nearby; a convenience store and laundrette are next door. Altogether, a great choice on this side of Jeju Island!

The breakfast was a simple and hearty meal (omelettes, porridge, cereal, breat toast, orange juice and milk and etc). The hotel is located nearby the Seogwipo Maeil Olle Market (it's like a morning and night market, around 7 min walk from the hotel). During early morning, there is a lot of fresh ingredient such as vegetables and seafood you can purchase from the vendor, while in the evening, there are a lot of street food you can buy while walking around the market. There are benches in between the road for you to sit down and eat the food and there are a lots of souvenir shop that you can purchase from here too.

The hotel does not have parking in the basement. What you can do is, you drive up your car near the pavement outside the hotel, hand over the car key to the receptionist and they will park your car whichever got free slots on the ground floor outside the hotel (something like a free valet parking). The wallpaper in the hotel room is slightly torn here and there, but it doesn't affect my stay in the hotel. Overall, for the price and size of the hotel room, i am satisfied with my stay during my time in Jeju island.

You will definitely need a car to get around island, but hotel is close to Olle Market so access to restaurants, street food and convenience store is very good. There is free parking and the staff will park your car. The staff is extremely welcoming and polite. Breakfast is avalable from 7-9AM, they have same food every day.

The room could have been cleaned better - there was some mold in the bathroom.

6star: Newly renovated Esti hotel is a home away from home. It’s the best hotel of 8 hotels/AirBnbs I’ve stayed in the past year. An eclectic mix of sparkling new toilets and rather old room furniture (eg. the comfy worn reclining sofa facing great ocean views) and Ondol traditional heated floor makes a really comfortable stay. Counter staff were so helpful and cheerful, especially patient young man Jung Heyong Ann (hope I spelt it right). Carpark is super squeezy but they helped valet park my car every single time - it made a world of difference thanks! Only the bed was too firm for liking, but I still slept like a pig.

The room is clean. You can find 7-11 and restaurants nearby. It takes a few minutes to walk to the bus stop and it’s very easy to call Uber or Kaokao T. There’s a waterfall nearby which is well worth seeing.

Sometimes I can hear the noise from other rooms, that’s not great. Also the hot water in the bathroom sometimes unstable.

Many restaurants around and within walking distance to Olleh market. Nice sea view from the room. Very nice staff who are always ready to help with valet parking. Good layout of the room with separated shower, toilets and sinks.

Bathroom should have more shelves or bars to put clothes and towels. Bed was a bit hard. Would be good to have more mirrors at the wash basins.

24 hour reception and also parking was available, which was great because we arrived at 10 pm. WiFi very good. There's a 7-eleven nearby and also a laundromat. Great facilities like automated lights etc.

We left for a hike at 4.30 am, and we asked if we could get some breakfast to go, but unfortunately that was not possible.

Staff super friendly and accommodating! Had what we needed for our small family at a decent price and included parking. Walkable distance to markets and food options

Bed and pillows were pretty hard but seemed to be the theme at most places we stayed in Korea

Location. Close to everything you need and easy to return to. Laundry-mat basically next door.

Bathroom was not clean when we checked in. The bathroom area was too small for two people. No power points, no space for our toiletries, no hooks to hang towels and poor lighting.
