The property was clean in the room was comfortable. There was plenty of space to plug in your chargeables. The breakfast buffet was excellent and all staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. The bathroom was decent sized. I never felt crammed for space while I was in there.

The parking was not great. If you’re used to parking in Korea, you probably have no issues. There were a couple times we were stuck in the parking garage because only one car could pass through at a time. We made sure we were in by 7 PM every night so we had parking. We did not love the view of a couple of our rooms.

Nicest and helpful staff. The hotel is located in close proximity to the seaside which is beautiful, there are lots of restaurants and convenience stores close by and the whole vibe of the area is very relaxing, great for walks. Though Seogwipo is quite close to the most scenic sights and they are easy to reach them by bus or if you rent a car, it is important to note that all of the organized sightseeing tours depart from the Jeju city which is 1.5 hours away by bus. The rooms are spacious and clean, the safe and mini fridge are also quite big, soundproofing is superb, unless someone is in the hallway, you wouldn't hear a thing from the neighboring rooms.

Some of the facilities do need a bit more attention from the staff, my room had a broken door handle on the outside, the whole handle literally came off a few times. Other than this, I had no issues during my stay, really nice hotel, great value for what it costs.

- The room we booked wasn't marked as sea view but we did end up having a sea view from the balcony and onto a little island it was beautiful. - There is an area downstairs where you can sit to relax and there's a microwave which came in handy. - The location is very good, within 10min walk of the waterfalls and the Olle market. - Staff is very kind. I experienced a health problem and required a hospital trip, they kindly contacted a taxi for us asap and also asked if we required an ambulance instead. When I got back they were worried about me and asking if I was OK now. Very nice of them. - Still regarding staff, I put 'do not disturb on the door' as I did not require a room clean, they still left a bag of fresh towels outside my door which is the first time a hotel does that. That was a nice attention.

The only thing I would say is that we had a balcony with a nice view but there is no chair or table to enjoy it. It would have been nice to sit outside on the balcony to enjoy it.

The staff is friendly and helpful. Great location in Seogwipo, with bars, restaurants, and local tourist spots nearby. However, other attractions on the island are farther away. I can't comment on public transportation as I rented a car, which I found essential. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a bathroom featuring a tech-equipped toilet, a good shower, and quality amenities.

The hotel parking is limited and has tight spaces, with most guests not respecting the parking lines, making it even harder to park. The rooftop has a nice view, but it seemed a bit neglected, and you have to pay extra to use the hot tubs.

Very nice hotel in the center of Seogiwpo. The structure is clean and has very large, comfy and clean rooms. We got an upgrade of our booking and we could stay in a nice room at the 11th floor with an amazing view over the sea.

We had a very good stay, maybe the only note we have is about the staff at the reception. When we asked how to move around the island from Seogiwpo, we got only a map with bus routes, and not much more info. But this could be due to a language barrier. But this is a minor note and overall it was very nice.

The Seogwipo Hotel is well located on Jeju Island with easy walking access to everything in town like the Marina, downtown market, and restaurants. The hotel is clean, safe, and the morning breakfast is superb with enough Western food to leave you satisfied. The internet was excellent and we were able to use our Netflix account on the 'TV for English entertainment. Taxi's are always readily available and they take credit cards. The front desk staff couldn't be more helpful but English was a problem which should not be for a 4-star hotel, but it was. Not for all but some of the front desk staff couldn't speak English at all which made it difficult.

Although the hotel is a short walk to the water, there is no beach and the closest beach we found is on the other side of the island 40 minutes away. There is a charge to use the Jacuzzi's on the roof and they are not hot, terrible. The rooms were clean and comfortable but provided no furniture other than the beds to sit on, store or hang your clothes, put your luggage on, only had 4 hangers in the closet, and there wasn't even a chair to sit on for the balcony which had a beautiful view of the ocean. The worst was having to lie flat on the floor to use the safe as it was mounted on the floor of the closet.

I liked the view and the fact that hotel had a microwave. Staff very helpful. Conveniently located in terms of restaurants and public transportation. No convenience store at the hotel but there is one short walk away.

while it was great to have a microwave available, it was not convenient to go down to the lobby every time we wanted to use it. It would be nice to have a microwave in each floor. Only two elevators for such a building are not enough. The elevators also had pretty slow reaction time compared to some other hotels. Breakfast was just ok.

The location and the view were absolutely ideal. There was a festival during our stay and we got to watch the fireworks from our balcony The hotel was very comfortable the room and bathroom were lovely and clean. Staff were super friendly and really helpful. There was always fresh water placed in our room which was a lovely touch.

We couldn't watch netflixs due to someone else being logged in and we couldn't log out of it. The bed covers were not great and made alot of noise when you moved. There is also a limited number of car parking spots and we had to return from our day trips early to make sure we got a spot

The room was spacious and had a nice view of the coastline, although it rained most days. Nice bathroom and shower. The location was close to the market which had great food stalls.

The hotel is not well maintained, the carpets in the hallways are badly stained and the room cleaning was not very thorough. Through no fault of the hotel, after we had paid up front, 3 months in advance, for a car rental for the week so we could drive around the island, we were let down by Booking.com and did not get our car. Poor communication about the strict rule needed to have an international license, which I don't have. So our trip was spoiled and we were stuck in and around the hotel most days. Booking.com refuse to refund our car rental payment, even though we never took possession of a car. Lesson learned...do not book a car through Booking.com!

Location was good. Close to restaurants and the nearby market (walkable)

Parking- if driving, there is parking but the garage is tight and spaces limited. There may be situations where you are entering or leaving the garage and another car is leaving/arriving and will require some maneuvering. With that said, if you are used to maneuvering in tight spaces, should be okay, and there is an offsite parking also, which we did not use, so can’t comment on that.
