It is grand and pretty, with great pools for kids. My children enjoyed it. We booked a mountain view room for our parents and it’s very spacious. They hotel also arranged our ocean view suite to be beside our parents mountain view room which was great. The suite needless to say was spacious, spotless and looks really nice, esp when it overseas the pool, the ocean and the windmills. We stayed for 6Ns and it was great. Housekeeping was good. We also used the kids activity at level 4, they had drop off classes for kids above 4yo and I signed my three kids up for muffin baking class which they thoroughly enjoyed, the guide spoke English to them even though the class was predominantly in Korean, so they didn’t have issue following.

Their breakfast and lunch buffet have almost identical menu. And having stayed for 6 days of breakfast and 2days of lunch, I was getting pretty tired of seeing the same spread by the 3rd meal. Considering it cost about 60USD per adult (after hotel guest discount) they certainly could do better with the spread and variations.

Lovely large rooms, very comfortable beds and pillows, spotlessly clean, good restaurants, great cafe and coffee! Also close to the beach. Large pool area. The hotel is a family hotel and has lots of kids and people in the pool until late in the evening, complete with entertainment. This means that some of the rooms that face the pool have audible noise, into the . It’s worth noting that the pool area is not a quiet relaxing experience.

It would be great to have an outdoor pool somewhere for those persons who would like to relax quietly, So that there’s something for everyone !

The best hotel I visited during my stay in Korea!!!! Hotel staff is exceptional. Food (breakfast) is amazing. Yes, you can find some other options outside, but breakfast & dinner are so valuable at the hotel. Aldo, the shuttle bus is so convenient. Every one is amazing at that hotel. Beds are amazing. The room is so convenient. So clean! Views are stunning !!! It made me keep using Lotte hotels.

Check in and check out process are so long and it can reduce 40 mins (each) of your whole experience. Check in has two steps (why?i had never seen that). So you need to take check in/out in your timings.

Everything was well kept, rooms were clean, and food was good.

The lifeguards around the pool were inconsistent and too strict with the life jacket rules. The adult pool required life jackets but some lifeguards let us use it and some started yelling at us that it was required. We also used a ball that was made for throwing in the water but the lifeguard stopped us from using it but everyone else was throwing lotte brand balls and they did not say anything. Overall the lifeguards ruined our time at the pool and we did not return.

The hotel was fantastic! The breakfast was amazing, and there were fabulous dining options at the bar to include an afternoon tea and special strawberry desserts. The heated pool was quite the luxury, especially in the winter. The ease of access to the other areas of the Jungmun resort and to the beach area was fantastic, and gave lots of options for walks and things to do. We were thrilled with our stay!

The only thing we were disappointed in was the temperature of the hot tubs -- they weren't very hot! The pool was generally warmer than the hot tub.

Everything is made for your comfort, the breakfast at La Seine is really good. The staff is very kind and helpful. The room was comfy and relaxing.

It is sometimes complicated to find a seat at the swimming pool, due to the amount of people who leave their towels without actually using the facilities. The swimming pool café menu also lacks of small portions food. But these are small details and they don't ruin the beautiful and relaxing experience.

Clean, very comfortable, close to Jungmun beach, wonderful pool, and tasty food! Pool is opened every day till late night, lots of things to see nearby and in Seogwipo. Airport limousine bus stope is just right at the hotel. Free shuttle is available at certain service time. Taxi and 🚌 not an issue in the area.

Rent a car in advance if you need. An international driver's license is needed for Korea, not a hotel issue, though.

The staff was wonderful and helpful from beginning to end; from checkin to concierge to the staff members helping us with luggage -- everyone was very nice and attentive. We requested a specific Hello Kitty room and they were able to accommodate -- our kids loved it and so did we. Thank you very much! All the little details were super cute, from little slippers to matching Hello Kitty towels and hand soap. The room and entire hotel is very well thought out for families and kids. Our room didn't have sharp corners on the beds or tables and the bathroom even had a smaller and lower sink. Water pressure and heat for the shower or bath was also very nice. The property is large with 2 connected pools. The water was warm enough that it allowed our kids to swim in the evening on an overcast day and they have live music in the evenings at 7pm right next to it. Walking around on the resort grounds was very pleasant. They have landscaped pathways that made evening walks very peaceful. There was so much to do that our kids never got bored. There's a bowling alley, arcade room and large play gym that we visited a few times (these are added fees, but the additional fees were reasonable). On the 4th floor, there's a kids play room and art room that's free. We also loved the convenience of the location as it was right next to a shopping center with a 7Eleven and a few restaurants.

We were pretty much happy with everything. Anything we didn't like is more like nit-picking at the little things. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay.

Place is big with too much walking. Staying in the annex block needs to change lifts to get from room to breakfast restaurant. Breakfast layout is like having food stations over two restaurants so have to walk a longer than usual distance to get food. For the price, the breakfast buffet is average. Would not recommend for elderly or anyone who is comfortable with only short distance walking.

Big and very chic and fancy; really nice stuff and good service overall; vey tasty food and buffet has huge choice. You can spend time near the pool (the upstairs terrace is usually empty) or at the beach, the sea is just in front of Hotel, and there are very few people. Also there is 7eleven on the territory of the Hotel, so you Val always buy some snacks cheap. Lots of restaurants and hiking trails are near the Hotel too. The big Garten for walks and breathtaking nature - u feel like in fairy tale
