Kim Min at the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful. He helped us with all questions we had and when he didn't know the answer he would look it up. We also got to check in early for free because all the lockers were full. Location was an easy 5 min walk to Euljiro 4 ga station. Room was a little small but for the price I can't complain. Bed was firm, like all other hotels we stayed in Korea, which I really liked. There's a coin washer and dryer on the 8th floor and you can purchase detergent from a machine. Water dispenser is available on the same floor

The hotel was in a great location and within walking distance (1 KM tops) to Gwangjang and Jungbu Markets; and Dongdaemum Design Plaza area even for 2 elderly women in their early 80s. Other places of interests were just a short taxi ride away, so it is really central. The hotel receptionist Mr Lee was very helpful and friendly - he went out of his way to drive us to a couple of nearby places ; ordered in food delivery for us and arranged for the airport. The hotel itself was clean and well maintained. For the 8 nights we stayed we always came back to well made beds and clean towels. There were enough places for a reasonable meal in the hotel’s vicinity. I would come back to stay if I were in Seoul again.

The room is clean and spacious. It was quiet even though we were near the lift. A comfortable and huge bed made our stay very nice. The staff were helpful and had a translation app to make communication easy, they were able to help us with our early check-in. The toilet is also very clean and the bottled bath and shower gels had nice scents. There is a underground pathway near the hotel (outside the convenience store) which is a direct connection to Euljiro 4(sa)-ga Station, so you can escape the heat and rain.

Automated check-in did not let us do an early check-in, as there was some error. The waiting area before you check-in is very warm in the summer.

The hotel location is superb, nearby the train station (5 mins walk) and there are a couple convenience stores around it. It is also situated near the Dongdaemun Design Plaza and Gwangjang Market (both are about 8-10 minutes walk). The hotel itself is clean, staffs are friendly and easy to reach via text. the internet connection is good and for the price that we got it was well worth it. It also have washing machine upstairs for those who need some cleaning to do. Hot water and ice can also be obtained upstairs.

If you are bringing a whole lot of luggage be prepared to do at least 2 trips up the elevator as it is quite small.

The size of the room was amazing, the beds were super comfortable, the bathroom was really clean, there were so many towels and water bottles provided. Check-in was done via a kiosk terminal at the entrance. Great hotel well worth the price.

It was easy to get to, but the location was in a quite area, if you want a quiet area then this is the perfect place.

The building might look a bit old, but the room itself is new, clean and so spacious. We were three people and we had a bathroom wiit a bathtub and a separate sink for handwashing. Eveything was spacious and clean. There was a desk and a chair as well as a bench that we used as a table for delivery rood and another chair. I also loved the fact there was no key. All the doors open with a pin and it was very practical. There is a convenience store right next door which was very nice since we arrived late at night. Whenever I need assistance, I would talk to the hoteller or send tj hotel a message and they always returned to me quite promptly.

Not much I can think of. .

The triple room was excellent - spacious and very comfortable beds with really good bedding. Towels provided everyday, and even a toothbrush set. It's about a 7 minute roll down from exit 7 of Euljiro-sa (4) Station which has an elevator. We liked it because it was a quiet neighbourhood - tile shops, Jungbu and Gwangjang market are nearby, and you can take a 15 min walk to Dongdaemun plaza. There are convenience stores nearby. More eating options at night are nearer DDM.

You enter the hotel via a key code and may not meet any staff during your stay. Reception is staffed during certain hours only. (But a minor point overall!)

The room is comfortable and clean. The location is near subway station quite convenient to go anywhere.

The service of staff is almost non existence. On the last day we ask help from one of the staff in the reception to book us taxi to Seoul station but he refused. He's saying can only help book taxi to incheon. We stayed there for 8 nights, the least he can do help us a bit.

Cleanliness of room. Comfortable bed and pillows. Ample space to put luggage and walk around.

Hard to find the staff at reception as it is usually empty (due to self check-in/check-out) so when we need to get help or ask something, there weren't any staff there to assist us.

Good value, good subway connection.

Rooms are a bit run down (dirty carpet and walls). Not very nice neighborhood/view from the windows. However, it is still comfortable enough for the price range. No washing machine.
