- Very clean premises & room. - Great location - in short walking distance to popular places; in particular, Gwangjang market - hot tourist spot for Korean street food - tasks less than 5 minutes on foot. Cheonggye-cheon, another very popular strolling destination even closer. - Great value - I also elected late check out by several hours (fees), still the total was comparable or even lower than a lot of other high- quality places in the area. I also like the modern walk-in shower.

The elevator was a bit warm (the lobby, room, and the corridor were all cool & well air-conditioned on the sweltering day) - a very minor issue indeed. Everything else perfect! 👌

This hotel is in a great location, there is a lot to do. The famous food market featured on Netflix is only a block away as well as a beautiful river walk.

It was in a relatively good part for the northern Seoul. It was clean and they had a rooftop garden.

No bidet toilet. Extremely tiny room, reminds me of Tokyo. The elevators were constantly occupied, not a surprise with 20 floors. But sometimes you waited for several minutes.

We just visited Seoul for the first time and didn't know what to expect so we just googled places and hotels that still had rooms left because most of the hotels were fully booked because of the worldwide 25th scout jamboree being held. And this was one of the few hotels left that had a room good for 2 adults and a kid. Anyways, it was a blessing in disguise since right outside the hotel you can find the underground mall for Dondaemun where you can actually walk to different subway lines. It's also walking distance to the Gwangjang Market (around a 15min walk only) and around 10-15min walk to DDP complex and shopping center/subway to line 4 and 2. You can walk to the line 4 subway station and take that to go to Myeongdong station. There's also a 7-11 within walking distance, coffee shops, and CU convenience store too. The rooms are clean, showers hot and strong, and you can hang out on the 21st floor to eat or just look at the surrounding area of Seoul. Overall a fairly good hotel and pricing was right on point. Staff was friendly and helpful, and their English was ok.

The only thing I could say would be that the room was fairly small but that was to be expected for a hotel in Asia. We didn't try the breakfast as it was supposedly not very good and was still the prevailing opinions when we were there.

#1 reason is the staff is amazing! Very helpful and kind! They make you feel comfortable and welcome. They are able to communicate in English and always willing to help me with directions or any questions I had! They make it feel like a warm environment! #2 the bed/pillows were sooooo comfortable, best sleep I’ve ever had on vacation! #3 the breakfast is really good and a good price!!! #4 the shower is very nice! Water pressure is perfect and there is shampoo and body wash available, which smells amazing! #5 rooftop garden that overlooks the city! #6 sitting/coffee area in the front lobby #7 rooms are secluded from hallway and elevator so you don’t hear so much traffic and other guests. #8 convenience store and bank right next to property for t-money card and cash withdrawal! #9 good location- centrally located to many things!

Clean, bright , staffs were friendly especially Joseph , Stepyani and Michelle . They are very approachable and helpful to assist . The location is so convenient and easy access from the airport . Catch a bus no 100 or 104 to Myeongdong, the bus stop across the road from Myeongdong, Namdeamun or Seoul Station. Many cafes and restaurants approximately about 5 -7 minutes walk towards DDP area . Many money exchange around the hotel across the road at the traffic light and walk about 3-5 minutes you’ll see money exchange stores. My room view was amazing from level 19! Thanks to Joseph😊. Because we were happy staying there we extended one extra night . There is an airport bus stop 6001 across the road from the hotel. Thank you!

Lövely view from the 20st floor over the city! Close to loads of nice areas walkable or by subway , huge Asian breakfast buffet with different stuff daily , big nice bed , nice shower

Very small room , for one person just enough for two would be too small ! I am tall and needed every cm, European breakfast is not enough choice and very basic so if one doesn’t like the salty Asian breakfast with loads of fried meet fish salad and eggs etc it’s not recommended to take breakfast

This property is wonderful! The staff are extremely helpful! We needed directions to a pharmacy on a Sunday and they were able to direct us to close options that might get us what we need as well as find us a pharmacy! The casual and fun atmosphere was great for our family. There's a terrace on the roof that looks like it would be beautiful in the spring and summer. (We visited at the end of winter, so it was not used and the plants were in their winter state.) This hotel is incredibly conveniently located. There's an entrance to an underground mall that connects to the subway right outside the door and there is a CU (convenience store) next door. In addition, the property is located within a reasonable distance from most of the tourist attractions.

The heat in the rooms were controlled elsewhere. We we arrived, the room was at 28C (82F). We immediately tried to lower the temperature as it was 2C (36F) outside, but changing the temp at our thermostat did not change anything in the room. We did not, however, bring this up with the staff, so we cannot say if it would have been addressed. (It wasn't a huge issue.)

The location was perfect, located in a very centric part of the city, close to the night markets and close to lots of places during the day. It is a very safe and quiet location, great for walking at any time of the day (or night), and perfect for light sleepers [no noise or loud sounds]. The staff was very friendly and professional, all areas were tidy and clean, the water pressure and hot water were good. Perfect for light travelers and weekend getaways. Some people may find some of the rooms small or compact, but this really should not be an issue as one can easily adapt; but if you do have lots of luggage you should let the hotel know.
