Very easy to communicate with all the receptionists as they can speak both English and Chinese. There are coffee machine and microwave on the ground floor.On top of the free bottles of mineral water every day, there is water dispenser! Our deluxe twin room for 3 persons are very big. There is separate toilet and bathroom with washing basin outside. There are even 3 tables and chairs! Plenty of restaurants just a stone throw from the hotel. Lotte Departmental Store is just next to the Yeongdeungpo Metro Station which is the nearest station. The hotel is 35 minutes taxi drive to Incheon Airport

The traffic noise

Big room, comfy bed, many little restaurants and shops in the neighbourhood. Yeongdeungpo subway station (1 line, line of Seoul Station) is close to the hotel.

Could be cleaner. Communication problems with staff.

Took us 48 hours to orient the relative position of hotel and 2 nearby metros, but turns out to be very well located. Nearby access to food, shopping, markets etc. Staff were friendly and accomodating. Really appreciate 24h reception.

Staff were extremely helpful, but limited English communication restricted solutions, and we relied on friendly people on the streets with more ability to communicate in English. A little disappointed with hotel facilities, but we left early in the morning and returned early evening so this was not much of a problem.

Its a very clean place. Everything you need is provided. They even have mosquito repellent. I dont see much moulds like how other places would have. Hot water works well too.

This place is more like a motel. It is located amongst the many motels and also in a rowdy street that plays music super loud every night until 1am

We chose this hotel because it was just ten minutes away from the airport bus stop. We just stayed for our last night in Seoul coming back from another city, so we didn't pay much attention to the location regarding commuting or sightseeing. However, the hotel is situated at the back of a lively street crowded with people and restuarants at night, so we could enjoy the nightlife in our very last night. About the room, it was big enough for two people, spacious, comfy bed and equipated with shower and bath tub.

The room was big and spacious, as was the bathroom. Beds are really big and comfortable.

The curtains couldn’t open, there were no microwave (it was announced we should had one), a few mold in the bathroom and the linen not really clean and not warm enough for winter.

Perfect location - 2 min walk from bus station, 5 min walk from subway, located in a street with many restaurants that are so beautiful at night. Quiet. Very clean. Has a personal computer in the room :D Has a bathtub, hot water runs once you open it. Has a fan and smart toilet. Electric kettle and some tea/coffee. Bed is comfortable.

They clean the room only if you ask them. Didn’t provide clean towels every day (we didn’t ask for it, so it’s okay).

Nice hotel

Not as large of a bathroom as I thought from the pictures. Shower was not what I expected. I had to wait some for the check-in time only to find that the bathroom had not been completely cleaned. The trash had not been taken out.
