Great hotel conveniently located in the same building as TimeSquare shopping center and 3 mins walk from Incheon airport bus 6007 (about 50,000won by taxi) and subway station. Staff is friendly and courteous and even gave us free breakfast for our kid. Room itself is clean and tidy albeit decently sized comparing with similar hotels. I wish there were complimentary bottled waters but they are cheap and easy to get from near by convenience stores so no big deal. The buffet breakfast is decent with a good mix of Western and Asian options too.

Our stay at the Courtyard Marriott was truly perfect! The hotel’s location is unbeatable, with underground shopping and a huge mall just steps away. We absolutely loved the vibrant vibe of the area. The subway station is conveniently close, making it easy to get around, and there are fantastic restaurants right across the street. This is the ideal place to stay for anyone looking to be in the heart of the action while enjoying excellent amenities. Highly recommended!

During our stay at the Courtyard by Marriott Times Square, we were thoroughly impressed with the overall experience. The location was fantastic, providing easy access to major attractions. Hotel is connected to a large shopping mall which is excellent since there are many dining options around plus the shopping convinience. Our room was clean, modern, and spacious, offering a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring the city. The staff was friendly and accommodating and can speak english very well. Definitely an experience to remember.

Everything is perfect

Great spot in Times Square, only a 10 min walk to the nearest subway station and maybe 20 or so minutes on foot to the trendy Mullae-dong area.

It's kind of tricky to find at first! You really need to be following a map or looking for the fairly small signs pointing you towards the entrance. The top of the hotel isn't visible. Also the staff when I called to have a chair and table removed from my room were very... unhelpful the first few calls. It took them at least 3-4 back and forth calling to send someone. Otherwise everyone else was incredible - front staff, the guy who came to remove things - amazing!

We liked the easy access to the mall which increased the number of places to eat. There was easy access to the subway and transportation and we could get to other Seoul attractions easily.

We stumbled into a red light district that is on the backside of the hotel the first evening which was a shock to see and as I had my daughter with me, we scooted through as quickly as possible. Just stay on the front side of the hotel and mall and you'll be fine.

The hotel has a very good location, it’s situated at Times Square and has direct access to the Times Square Mall which is VERY convenient for some shopping. It’s also very close to LOTTE Department store pretty much across the street which is also very convenient. The staff at the hotel is extremely nice and courteous to the point that when most of them came to my room to deliver room service or fix something, they actually took their shoes off outside of the door which I found to be incredibly respectful and have not seen that in pretty much any hotel. The front desk staff was also extremely helpful i my requirements and in calling a cab I would DEFINITELY stay here again the next one I’m in Seoul

The choice of food at breakfast can be made a littler bit better. It was very sea food, themed, which is great for most, but no so much for some.

High room with a nice view. There was also a lounge which was open to guests.

Room AC was permanently set to "heat". Alt though a portable a AC was provided.

There was a shopping mall at the basement levels with lots of eateries. There were also several good restaurants and large shopping malls nearby. Friendly staff and clean rooms!

Too far from the City Centre and with a lot of traffic during working hours, it takes almost an hour by taxi to reach the office in City Centre. Airport was 1 hour away but it is so for any other hotel in the City area. There was very limited Vegetarian or Vegan options in the breakfast but after I notified the staff, they provided me with a vegetarian cooked meal each morning for the rest of my stay.

Is very central locate , go everywhere very convenient. Basement shopping got lots of good food n the surrounding area

I find that the mirror in the toilet a little dim , can’t really do my Shaving neatly , also don’t have a magnifying small mirror to do my shaving . Think need to improve on this . Shower floor little flooding after shower, room 1012 . U can check on it , maybe can do some improvement on that

The breakfast was our favourite part of our stay!! The buffet selection was excellent! The staff made us feel so welcomed and our room was cleaned everyday. The hotel smells so fresh. And it is convenient to get to the attached mall. We will definitely stay at this hotel again when we come back to Seoul!
