The hostel is located in really nice and safe area, everything you need on a daily basis is in the neighbourhood - restaurants, coffee shops, daiso, supermarket, post office, etc. Metro station is 5min walk and it takes around 20min to get to the city center. Not too far from the hostel there are huge Boramae Park and park on the riverside which are good places to get some rest and chill. Mr. Lee who is taking care of everything for most of the time is really friendly, hard-working and always willing to help. Whatever you ask he will try to find a solution :)

The 5th floor is supposed to be only for women but there were guys in the rooms too, but after request there were no more men on the floor and I hope it will stay like this even after I left the place or the owner will just change the offer from "women only" to "mixed" just to be fair. I also think that only one staff person is not enough to take care of both floors and it seems that not enough cleaning supplies are provided, you have to be ready to see some mold in the showers but it could be worst than this.

Everything you need as a traveler is here. You get to have your own bathroom in your own private room, at a very reasonable price, which is RARE in Seoul. There is a shared kitchen too, complete with facilities. The shared toilet is not a problem since there hasn’t been a time that I waited for one toilet to be vacant. The accommodation is clean and well-maintained. The nearest subway, Boramae station, is just about 7-10min walk from the accommodation and connects very well to the places of interest in Seoul. There is a convenience store nearby, a coffee shop, and restaurants too. After a day of excursion, it is so good to come home to a private room. :)

Great, before going there i was little scared about how clean it would be there etc, but i was really surprised, the landlord was really nice, the room was pretty and clean so i felt like home, the room is small but since i am a person who isnt good at cleaning, it was just adequate for me:) the equipment in the room was also great, even tho it is really cold outside i was never cold in there There was a heater, hairdryer, mirror, fridge.. you got slippers to wear at home and everyday you could get 2 towels, they were clean and not smelly, the toilet and shower was also clean I was scared at first because i am not used to toilet and shower that is not "mine" (other people also using the same toilet) but actually, it wasnt a problem in the end Kitchen was also well equipped and you could drink there clean water as much as you wanted I was planning to stay there just for a week, but i ended up staying there 3 weeks I used to stay in many gosiwons, one rooms,.. but i could say that there it was the best

I like the hospitality of the owner and the free use of the kitchen and other facilities. Feels like home.

This is the second time I stayed here because is hard to find another single room with this price and with free luggage storage as I travel to another area of Korea and will come back to Seoul after 1 month, the staff was allowed me to store luggage for free! I stayed for 21 nights, the air conditioner was broken on last 7 days but I didn’t inform the staff as the weather is getting colder so the air conditioner is unnecessary

I stayed for 27 nights, the air conditioner was broken on last 7 days but didn’t repair for me. However the staff got provide me the small fan and also asked me to move to other room but because I am too lazy and I only stayed in the room in the morning and night so I just stay with broken air conditioner

superb location. bus stops are within 5 minutes walk and it's easy to get a cab too. airport bus stop is just three minutes walk so you can head directly to incheon airport from there. I love that the building has a working elevator so i didn't had to worry about carrying my two luggage all the way up to the fifth floor. Staff was nice enough to show me around and how to use the facilities and appliances in the hostel. i really liked having a window in the room so i could see when the sun rises and sets. free washer and i could hang my clothes to dry so that was really nice to have too. gas stove works well, microwave too, and there is filtered water so i didn't have to buy water outside (really thankful for this haha)

Ventilation in the room was pretty bad and smelled very moldy but could have also been because of the weather. I had my windows open throughout my entire stay and also had an air freshener to ease up the smell. also on the first day when i left my room without slippers the floor was wet, leaving me with wet socks. which also confused me because i thought someone had spilled water on the floor but it was just leakage so i ended up changing my socks before leaving the room with slippers for the rest of my stay ,,,,

The rooms are quite small but enough for one person, it has everything you could possibly need and it is a very quiet place, The wifi worked very well and the hostel is located near a bus station and a shop that sells all the necessities as well as restaurants and cafés. The staff were very nice and helpful, I recommend this place.

The bathroom in my room wasn't very well maintained, the sink was always full of water because the drain was clogged and water could barely pass. The bathroom walls also had some mold that should be scrapped out.

You can cook by yourself since there’re provided kitchen You can washing your clothes by washing machine, also dryer machine available(W3000 one time) Jack helpful when you come, he will contact you by booking message system

The place is close to the station. It's a short walk from the station. Quite convenient, next to the road, near GS25, near restaurants. There is an elevator up to the accommodation

The room size is not very large. But it's enough for staying alone. The condition of the bathroom is a bit old. Feels like a student dormitory. But all of this didn't have a problem during my stay.
