Facilities are modern and very clean. Room is big enough. Has kettle and complimentary coffee, tea and water, also has a safe. Bed and pillows were comfortable, had good restful sleeps. Breakfast was nice also liked that it was served from 7am - 10am so didn't have to wake up too early. There was self laundry. Location was great! Very close to Chungmuro station exits 5, 6 and 7 - one of these exits have escalator and elevator. And lots of restaurants, coffee shops and convenience stores around.

Wifi can be improved, it drops every now and then from our room, once I go out in the hallway I get signal. It did work though when it connected, strong enough to watch YouTube. The shower heads were angled a bit odd that if you place it on the hook it would spray water against the wall and onto the floor. These weren't major issues though, still had a great stay.

I liked how close the hotel was to a major subway station (Chungmuro Station). It made venturing out to other parts of the city relatively easy for my wife and I, and it made the location quite central overall. Plenty of convenience stores nearby including GS25 and 7-Eleven. I also liked the modern aesthetic of the hotel lobby and the rooms. The size of our room was decent.

I didn't like how warm our room got during the day. Apparently, the rooms do not have air conditioning / cooling systems, just heating. It wasn't a big deal though, as we just opened our window to let some cool air in.

Location was great for us, near Chungmuro station, which is one stop away from Myeongdong. A pretty quiet area. CU and GS25 nearby. Well connected to many parts of Seoul by train and bus. Airport bus is right around the corner. Room was spacious and hotel had a nice rooftop garden. There were washers and dryers in the basement, as well as a gym but we did not use them.

Housekeeping seems to be a bit haphazard. They often forget one thing every day e.g. cups not cleaned one day, did not replace used toiletries on some days, only left one set of robes when we previously had 2.

The hotel is a quick walk from Chungmuro metro station and the airport limousine bus stop, very convenient! It's in the very center, easy to go around to all of Seoul, yet the area is not loud and pretty peaceful. I'm glad I chose this over Myoungdong station area which is only 1 stop away, there is too busy and too loud for me. Staff is nice, the room is clean and cozy as expected from the pictures, nice housekeeping service too. The view from the window is pretty normal, standard city view. All good for its price. I'd stay again if I'm back in Seoul.

Not many food choices close to the hotel, apart from the convenient store and Starbucks. But that's what makes the area feel peaceful I guess.

G3 Hotel Chungmuro was a great place to stay. The hotel is very modern and clean. There are plenty of open shelvings to store stuff. Lots of counter space in the bathroom for a family of 4. I was initially concerned about noise since our room was next to the elevator, but it was absolutely quiet. Choi Jaehoon, front desk attendant, was so helpful and friendly. He helped me find a post office and helped us book a taxi back to the airport. Thanks for the help, Choi Jaehoon. There is a nice rooftop garden. Breakfast was decent. Mix of Korean and Western food. It was free, so there's not much to complain about. The mini dumplings were yummy. G25 convenience store next to the hotel entrance was nice. We were able to buy large bottles of water and snacks. Chungmuro station is to the right of the hotel entrance. Exit #6 to the subway is steps from the hotel. You can take the Airport Limousine Bus from Icheon Airport. Bus number 6001 drops you off in front of Paris Baquette, which is across the street from the hotel. Woori Bank is also across the street if you need an ATM. The hotel is also about 3 blocks from Namsan Hanbok Village and Park. Myeong Dong nighmarket is about a 15-minute walk from the hotel. G3 is a nice base if you are staying in Seoul. We would definitely stay here again.

Everything was great.

The breakfast was a solid mix of western and Korean foods, with good variety. The location was good. I hadn't spent much time in this part of Seoul before so I was pleased to discover the nearby area of restored traditional houses and a short distance uphill from it, a good mix of restaurants for dinner.

I really had no complaints. I was there for one night while transiting back to Japan and wanted to see a bit of Seoul, where I used to live. The hotel served my needs in that regard.

Really enjoyed the layout of the room! The main area had more space than I had expected, so I was able to move a lot of my luggage into the room without any major concerns. The staff in the main lobby were very kind and receptive. The location of the hotel was really convenient as it's right by the subway and a Starbucks.

I felt like the layout of the bathroom was quite cramped. The drain in the bathtub may have been a bit clogged as it took a bit longer to drain. Most of the channels on cable TV are not offered in English - but this was offset by offering Netflix (which may have been logged into a previous guest's account).

Breakfast was a convenient location, but it was not as pleasant as the photos presented. The single room was small but after I had transferred to a larger room everything was so much better and more comfortable. Location was wonderful and very accessible to airport bus, metro, and sights within walking distance.

Breakfast area was small and selections limited. Single room was very small and the bathroom didn't feel very clean, and the toilet was broken after a single use. I had no response after messaging through the booking app, but maintenance was sent up shortly after I called, and resolved the issue.

The location is perfect for us. It's a few steps from the train station Chungmuro. There's Starbucks next to the train station exit, a convenience store below the hotel. The airport bus stop is a 3 min walk. Chungmuro is on line 3 and 4, both easily accessible for train transfer. It's a station away from Myeongdong. Walkable to Myeongdong too. The hotel room is big enough for family of 4 with 2 big luggages. I like that there's sufficient space to place our stuff and a full length mirror.

Front desk staff can be more polite. Housekeeping can be better as it seemed the floor is not cleaned everyday.
