They clean the room everyday and provide fresh towels. Its very near yeoksam station and there is a stop for airport bus. The location is near food establishments and convineince store. There are elevators and rooms are big. Staffs are nice and accomodating.

The window is small but its ok since we close it most of the time.

THE STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND ATTENTIVE. THE LOCATION WAS VERY GOOD. BE SURE TO BE ALLOCATED TO THE RENOVATED FLOORS.

No closet in the room, not comfortable for long stays. No lobby to sit in (have the place, can be suited easily for that purpose and upgrade the experience). could help to have info as for the English speaking TV channels. The mattress was very very very stiff, painful even

I personally loved the spacious room! You rarely get to see a room as spacious as this in Seoul. Surpisingly, the bed was firm and the pillows were so soft and comfortable that we had a good rest every night. I love also the provided toiletries & tissues - they all smell sooo good! The staff were all warm and helpful too even the cleaning staff. Superb service. The property also was located near subway and train station just a few mins of walk.

The facilities were quite old but not much of an issue since it’s normal wear and tear as long as no leaks/foul scent. Also, I was a bit disappointed their cafe was closed - was looking forward to their lobby cafe. Location also is Gangnam area - a bit far if you plan to visit Seoul center (Namsan/Palaces/Myeongdong) around 45-50 mins on a bus ride. The subway and bus stations were just close by so it wasn’t issue to us.

This hotel is in an excellent location; it's within walking distance to a metro line and bus stops. Also, the area is super nice and you see many professionals throughout the day going to/coming from work. The cleaning staff is excellent. Every day I received fresh towels and toiletries. The room was thoroughly clean and cleaned during my stay.

The bathroom is half the size of the entire room, which is quite a waste (I wish it was smaller and the room bigger). Also, this is the only hotel I've ever stayed in during my travels where there was no storage/closet space of any kind (not even drawers). I found this both odd and irritating.

This hotel is in such a convenient location - directly outside Exit 3 of Yeoksam station, and a 10 minute walk to Gangnam or Seoulleung. Basically, you can get a train to anywhere from this hotel! Check-in was very easy and the desk was great at answering and helping with any issues I had. Rooms were nice, and the cleaning crew makes your bed daily (does not change sheets!) And gives you fresh towels. Overall, the stay was enjoyable and gave us exactly what we needed from a hotel.

The beds are a bit stiff, so be aware of that. Also, the tub is quite high, so be careful of exiting and entering if you are shorter or have mobility challenges. The air conditioner does not work automatically, you have to hit the button the machine directly. Our button was broken, so it took us a few days to figure out how to make it not 33° in our room.

Probably one of the most excellent locations I have ever seen . We are two minutes from line 2 which takes all over the city and two minutes from the stop for the airport bus . The staff is excellent and helps with all your needs . The bathroom was really large

The beds are some of the hardest and most uncomfortable I have ever experienced. It felt like sleeping on the floor . None of us could get proper sleep and our backs were killing us. Also there was no shower curtain and the faucets made ridiculous loud noises every time you turned them .

We definitely loved everything about the hotel.The reception and front desk agents were very helpful and smilyyy.The rooms are clean and safe.The A/C and heating was certainly amazing.we had 2 reservations from 19 to 22. and 22 to 24. Our first decision was diffrent hotel from 22 to 24 but we change our mind and we booked this hotel again.If you are looking for an hotel in Seul you should choose this one.Its very close to subway and bus stations.Its in the heart of the GANGNAM. BURAYA GELECEK TURK ARKADASLAR KESINLIKLE SORUNSUZCA GELEBILIR.

There is nothing that we dont like about hotel.

The room was big, as well as the bathroom. Bathtub was large. The stuff was so kind and helpful. The location was convenient there is an elevator for the metro 200m away so carrying luggage is not a problem. There's an airport limousine 300m away and when you ask reception about that they explain and give you the time schedule.

The beds were quite hard but it's not a problem for 3-5 days.

Right next to the metro station, had markets and coffee shops walking distance, staff was very kind and helpful, the price was very reasonable, overall our stay was very pleasant

Even though they cleaned our rooms everyday but it wasnt as clean, and also the bathroom exhaust wasnt working, and no glass windows

It was an amazing stay! The room was spacious, which is very rare in Korean hotels. They had almost every necessary facilities included in the room, including large towels! (which again, uncommon in Korean hotels). The place was a stone's throw away from Yeoksam station, Starbucks and a couple of other shops, so it was super convenient. Definitely recommended!

There was only one tiny window and upon opening it, we were greeted with brick walls and deafening noise of the air conditioner's fan, so we had no choice but to close the window completely. I've always enjoyed a bit of sunlight in my room, so it was slightly disappointing.
