Although the room is a bit small overall was good as expected. The cleaner came in to clean the room every day leaving the room immaculate! The location was superb, close to the subway and walking distance to the shopping hubs and also highly recommend the rosette bagel cafe which is super close to the hotel.

There is no microwave in the room since there are so many convenience stores around and I couldn't heat any food in the room :( during the winter the room was extremely stuffy and superheated and we couldn't bring down the temperature and were only given a fan. Which is better than nothing

The location was nice, I do wish I could stay nearer to a train station but the walk to Yeoksam and Eonju station wasn't so bad. Walking to Gangnam station also isn't so bad. The 30-40 minute walk was pretty decent. I didn't have breakfast this time but when I stayed in Shilla Stay before, breakfast was really good, so I hope they had the same quality of food this time.

I know it's still winter but I did wish that the room could get colder. I found it to be a bit too warm for my liking. I just wanted it to be cooler since the duvet was quite warm. Since the car park was at the back, it was confusing when we had someone pick us up, to pick us up through the back, instead of the main road. Room was also pretty tight, barely enough space to lay out our luggage.

Rooms are clean and all amenities were provided like toiletries and beverages. Bathroom and linens were clean. Stay was peaceful and quiet. Appreciate that there were multiple sockets available and not just limited to korean outlets so no need for adaptors.

Room temperature should be adjusted. Even though it was winter, I wish I could turn up the AC. Channels on the TV were very limited. Only had 1 mirror which was in the bathroom. Breakfast was the same everyday, could have added more selection.

Great Location with restaurants just steps away Subway around 10 min walk Josun Palace Hotel is 3 min away, can have breakfast there. There is also a very new and modern foot court below Josun Palace and with families, we did a few meals there.

The rooms are smaller than Shilla Stay Samsung, and rooms seem older.

The rooms we stayed in were very clean and had all the necessities we needed. Location-wise, it had a bus stop right in front of the hotel.

The food served for breakfast were delicious but they were all the same during our entire stay. The subway stations were a bit far for us but it was still walkable.

sliding door in the room can lock you up in the bathroom automatically. 30 min after pushing emergency bell in the bathroom someone came to help. very late reaction for emergency situation.

The room windows opened to the side street so it was relatively quiet. I liked it that the room comes with wooden floors and no carpets! The room is not big, but we didn't book it to stay inside. All the essentials are provided, and it's definitely a good value for money.

The staff was always friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was close to Yeoksam station, an easy line to transfer and reach the most popular tourist attractions. Rooms were as described, as seen on pictures and always cleaned very well. I definitely recommend everything about this hotel.

Little more space between the bed and the desk like shelf by window. Tight squeeze

food was good, room was modern and neat, the housekeeping staff did their job well, receptionists were nice and corteous

food options almost didnt vary for 5 days. Restaurant guest checker and chef couldnt speak English well.
