Hotel beautiful, very impressive lobby area , shared with Novotel , room was amazing ,spotless clean and cleaned daily , staff very helpful , friendly , fab views from room .. we stayed 2821.. 28th floor .. gorgeous city view and Namsan Tower Hotel so convenient for Yonsan Station.. where you have access to everywhere , and the IPARK MALL at yonsan Station literally a 5 min walk Lots of convenience stores and a great little one on floor 2 of Hotel Lovely coffee shops in lobby and fab cakes Hotel has a lovely atmosphere Totally recommend it , beds so comfortable , shower was fab .. everything was perfect

I like the design of the room. In general the hotel looks fancy. I like that there is a mall connected to the close station with a lot of shopping and food options.

The hotel is connected to the metro station, but it's a 20-minute walk. . It's part of a building with several hotels, sharing a lobby and a coffe. I didn't like this concept. . The room isn't big enough, and I wasn't satisfied with the cleanliness. . The room photos on Booking.com don't reflect reality, especially the view

An exceptionally luxurious hotel in a beautiful complex and with a Skywalk to Yongsan metro station and a major mall with lots of restaurants and shops. The Ibis staff went above and beyond in every way to make my 4 night stay comfortable. The location is also close to bus stops and taxi services. I didn't upgrade to a view of the Han River but the view I had was of Namsan Tower and that was fantastic. I had buffet breakfast as the hotel that shares the complex and it was terrific.

I liked the modern design of the room, the view from the higher floor room. The receptionist was very nice, making sure the check in was fast and smooth. Breakfast was good, vast selection of food, however I missed more the healthier western food varieties, like oats without sugar etc..

The breakfast tables are glass and therefore easier to spot if something isn’t 100% clean. The floor was a bit sticky. The pool beside breakfast area had water in it and you could see a thin dust layer on t water.

The location was good, the hotel was pretty and clean, and nice to have a convenience store since the hotel breakfast was too expensive.

The setup of the bathroom was a little strange. If someone in my room was sleeping, they were disturbed by the bathroom lights because there was no separation. And I wanted to have breakfast, but it was so expensive compared to all other food in Korea and even by American standards.

We stayed here as part of the SM Global Package and just extended our stay for our convenience. The hotel's location is great since it's just a few minutes away from Yongsan station and have nearby bus stops. When we checked in, the hotel staff allowed us to check in early since we were Accor members and they gave us rooms within the same floor.

It would be nice if the hotel had a self-service coin-operated laundry.

It was close to Yongsan station- just a few minutes of walk.

There were no other restaurants or coffee places near or in the hotel, except very expensive hotel’s own coffee shops and restaurants. I sat at the lobby on a snowy/windy day, hazelnut latte was $16000 in a medium sized coffee cup. It was too tiny for me, and I had to order another one. I ended up paying $32000 won for a decent size latte.

The room and facilities are very nice, clean and the room is good for 1-2 people. Affordable price. The hihhlight qas the staff, they are super duper nice, they always help me with a lot kf things even order food on a korean app, a female staff also helps me to get a taxi to the airport and ask ‘may I help you’ when I was struggling with my heavy luggages. Recommend to stay here if you are good with your budget because the location is in the middle of many attractions but still a bit complicated to get there so I use taxi a lot throughout my trip. But the location is quiet and calm.

We loved staying in this hotel during our 5 day trip to Korea. The amenities were amazing, great view from our room, the room rate was affordable, friendly staff and more. Concierge was able to help us call for a taxi whenever we needed it. It was an amazing stay overall.

Their cafe was pricey. The pastries and coffee were good though, so despite the high price, we kept going back. Also their kids’ playroom was closed when we were there. We were excited to bring our baby to crawl around and play.

Such a convenient location and a wonderful hotel overall. I didn't realize how fancy the place was when I booked it because the price was very affordable (I guess it's tourist off-season for now though). Anyhow, very friendly staff, comfortable room and the bed was perfect too. After a 13 hour flight, it was lovely to unwind here!

The view overlooks a massive construction site but there's nothing the hotel can do about that. No construction noise though which was great.
