THE STAFF. many helpers are standing at reception for assistance. and they assist you in every matter. They kept my luggage for 8 hour after check out. they offered me tea when i was waiting for my taxi. they booked me taxi and also provided a discount on taxi. The hotel was Big with a lot of facilities bcz of Dragon City. The biggest electronic market and station is just 5 minutes walk away. Rooms are so well designed, and feel spacious. breakfast was amazing with some unique options. i Loved this hotel, as i stayed in Shilla Lotte city and lotte, rolling hills, Sheraton nad NOVOTEL was by far better than all in every way except rolling hills facilities as its not hotel its resort.

Pool was OK sauna was not free.

The hotel is very wonderful and the attention to cleanliness is impressive. The hotel staff are professional & friendly, the rooms are tidy and the beds are comfortable. The location of the hotel is good and in a modern area, so you will always need a taxi because the tourist places will not be easy to reach on foot, and this is what I see as the only flaw in this wonderful hotel. I thank Mr.Scott on the front desk very much for his excellent service and kindness in dealing with us. I highly recommend staying at the hotel

located close to Yongsan Station, 5 mins walk there - very accessible The beds were comfortable and the cleaning staff were diligent and made sure to offer us water even when we didn't want our rooms cleaned the gym was really good, better than most in Korea Close to Big shopping mall which was really accessible and easy Staff were helpful and friendly to storing our bags

getting a taxi / uber there is hard, they dont like to take you short distances to Myeongdong If you want to take a train to Myeongdong, you have to go through to SinYongSan station which was 10+ mins walk away

The front desk so confused & unprofessional, and at some point biased, disappointed this time last year front desk staff was mature and understanding ( I had surgery so I extended my stay and changed my room then and needed to stay in my 2nd room for one more night they asked me to move to a different room for the night, of course I left even though I needed the rest given my condition that I previously explained. Will that’s that am really disappointed..

it is a fairly new hotel so the bed was comfortable and everything was clean. the location is wonderfully convenient. The front desk and concierge were very helpful and kind.

Tub and shower set up was uncomfortable. it was difficult to climb into the tub for a shower and yet the tub was shallow and uncomfortable for a bath. Instead of a glass door, there was a shower curtain that was too big and already beginning to smell moldy. I would expect something nicer in a five star hotel. But this is a minor quibble in an otherwise lovely stay.

Location is very close to Yongsan Station made it easier for our first 3 days in Korea. Breakfast was so great, buffet with big range choice of Asian and Western food, great meals before start our day.

The room is smaller that we expected but it was clean and tidy, so not a big deal for us. We asked the river view, but unfortunately there was a construction going on that side, so its little bit upseting. However, we had a good time while staying in the hotel.

The vibe in the Hotel was excellent also I liked that breakfast had good selection. Bed was really comfortable and over all I am really pleased. Probably the best part was how helpful and nice the staff were.

I found out that the room was not properly cleaned. Under the bed there were used tissues and dirt. Accidentally I happened to look also behind the couch and now I wish I didn't.

Excellent location, easy walk via the sky bridge to Yongsan station. Building complex is very large and has good amenities. On site convenience store was handy. Comfortable beds.

Room cleaning wasn’t as good as expected, bins were not emptied one day and cups and mugs not cleaned. New water bottles were provided only 2 of the 6 days. Would have expected more from a 5 star hotel.

Huge hotel with amazing amenities and facilities. Gym room is clean and modern, buffet breakfast was reasonably priced with great food selection! The best part is that they have a convenient store right inside the hotel! You can enjoy snacks anytime even if it’s too cold to walk outside! It is also connected to a huge shopping mall at the station called IPARK MALL!

Location is a bit far from the heart of Seoul, have to change trains quite often. They also forgot to make up our room once

A big, modern hotel complex - not immediately next to anything but linked by a covered footbridge to Yongsan railway station and shopping mall (5 mins walk). Room well appointed, clean and warm. Wifi fast and could stream from phone to TV. Breakfast good but crowded. Well appointed convenience store had a large selection of snacks and drinks.
