Amazingly well-designed place where everything has been thought through. Great value for money as you get not only compact apartment-like room, but also free breakfast, free laundry service including the drying machine, a huge TV and a desk with a computer. Everything is very clean, new and high quality to begin with. Friendly staff.

This is not something to improve, but rather to consider. While Jongno is a very convenient area to stay (most tourist attractions are walking distance, several subway stations nearby), it is worth saying that the area itself is popular primarily among the elderly. If you know Seoul well enough, this would be the opposite of Hongdae. If your goal is to see the center of Seoul - it will work great for you. It is also pretty quiet at night. The room has no view as the window faces the next building. The window, however, is very creatively covered by a sliding screen; therefore offering a great sense of privacy.

Spacious room, great location and value. All the staffs at the reception were super friendly and nice. Overall we enjoyed our stay here, and we will choose this hotel next time in Seoul.

The breakfast is fine ( because of the price) However, the staff who was in charge of the breakfast was kind of rude. This is not acceptable for people who work at hotel.

Highly recommend! Strategic location. You can hop on the bus or metro in 5 minutes from the hotel. Also, there are lots of great restaurants and food stands nearby! Friendly staff. They even help us to order food delivery at midnight.

The comb is not brand new with previous guests' hair... not a big deal anyway. Breakfast is a bit simple. It would be perfect if we have more options.

I didn't experience the breakfast, as I don't get up that early. The room however was great nice firm mattress, big tv with Netflix. I've also had a balcony which was nice and a nice heated throne. Another great feature was the Coway air purifier in the room. Great location easy access to the busses and underground. You can take the bus to Seoul Station by a quick 15mins bus ride (3mins walk from the hotel to the busstop).

The room was amazing. It is big and spacious for 3 guests. Facilities went beyond my expectations as the TV was huge and there was even a desktop computer with speaker and a keyboard. The breakfast in particular was simple but delicious! We looked forward to the breakfast every morning haha.

The water pressure for the overhead shower was bad :( I could barely wash my hair with it.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I must say it exceeded my expectations. The hotel's location is truly exceptional, being in close proximity to the vibrant Insadong district, making exploration and dining incredibly convenient. While the breakfast was not overly extravagant, it offered a satisfactory variety, and what it lacked in flair, it made up for with the attentive and kind service from the staff. Moreover, for those with a car, the hotel provides a very convenient parking option, adding a layer of convenience for travelers who prefer to explore the city on their own terms. Overall, my experience at this hotel was delightful, and I would highly recommend it to fellow travelers seeking comfort, convenience, and friendly service.

To be frank, there's nothing.

honestly the beds were very firm but so comfy, good space, the computers were great as well. the staff were also very helpful and answered all my questions and concerns

there’s no door for the bathroom, and the room was quite dusty so when i put my clothes down then went to wear them they were covered in grey dust

Location is great for exploring Seoul with plenty of sights nearby as well as easy access to the metro (note that if you're arriving on line 1 it's much quicker to use exit 1 rather than exit 5). The room was clean spacious and comfortable and the facilities were fantastic (rainfall shower, coffee machine and a 50 inch TV).

Breakfast may be free but it was very basic in selection with no variety over a 7 day stay and it's only served til 9:30 am so if you want to sleep in then no breakfast for you. Can be a bit noisy at night with lots of bars/restaurants immediately nearby although the nearby karaoke place can be quite entertaining.

Will not be able to find such a big room in Seoul. Exceptional clean room. Easy access to Line 1, 3 and 5. Tv was huge and comes with Netflix. We arrived very late which was past midnight and the counter staff - a gentleman was there waiting for us. He gave us a warm smile and told us they had upgraded us to the family room which is bigger than the one we booked. Bottle water at the lobby- help yourself if you think 6 bottles per day is not enough. Breakfast was simple but it was our daily comfort food back home, toast bread, egg and coffee. Lastly we were able to use the washing machine n the dryer at the basement.

Maybe just the surrounding as there’s too many Live music club around.
