Close proximity to the Hyundai mall, IFC mall, metro station, airport bus, the river, buffet option at the hotel, and decor of the lobby. Friendly and helpful staff. Easy access to the Han river for a run or a walk. Option for breakfast buffet at discount. It's also very clean.

The hotel needs some maintenance. The lobby is beautiful, and once upon a time, I think it was a nice hotel. But now, there are cracks in the bathroom, walls, ceiling, etc. For the same price, I could've gone to a more modern, nicer place. I had the building and street view, so not a lot of view, but was quieter I suppose than the other side, where there is a big road and lots of church traffic on Christmas day. There is no priority for the restaurant bookings when you stay at the hotel (eg. Buffet dinner - it's a popular place afterall). In addition, impossible to make a reservation at the hotel restaurants without a Korean phone number.

The hotel is just a walk away from the Han river. In the evening the best place is to be at the Han river and enjoy the breeze. Also there are many dining options near by. Plus the room has view of the city and river. What more do you need to relax yourself after a busy work day.

Its not a show stopper but except the front desk and staff at dining hall, you will face a big community barrier if you dont know Korean. Another drawback is that there are barely any English channels. You have limited options like CNN, National Geography and one or two more... Rest all are Korean channels.

I loved the cleanliness and the location. I was also pleased that they could speak some English to help me out.

It's not really something I didn't like but found odd. As an American traveler, I assumed all hotels had dressers for your clothes. This had a great closet but only 5 hangers. Certainly not enough as there were no drawers for pants, t shirts, etc. I didn't approach the front desk about the need for more hangers as I made do. It's just something to keep in mind. I'm not sure if it's the culture or just this room

The location of the hotel is nice In front of a park so you can take a walk and that's really great The room was comfy, clean and big enough Good decoration of the hotel The breakfast was nice though not many choices regarding the continental breakfast with croissant, butter, jam....

The women staff people at the reception should be a bit more joyful, we don't see the face with the mask so we look at the eyes and we don't see any smile when we are talking or as if we are disturbing when asking something.

The location and its rich history

The bed. It’s very hard and not comfortable. I think it’s the bottom (one with the spring) and not the top mattress that they’re using. It shows we will have city view but what we got is fronting another building so we can’t open the curtain due to privacy

Stayed for 6 nights - Awesome view with church and the bridge, very good location outside busy Seoul only 5 min walk to subway station but 20 min metro to central Seoul area - away from tourist area - quality breakfast and food - hotel decoration and staffs

Breakfast finished at 9.30 am - poor quality expresso and bread - Paul Cafe next door is prefered.

The staff at the front desk were very nice. The room was comfortable and clean. The location was great near a train station and surrounded by a lot of food places. The customer service was amazing when I had to arrive late to my reservation due to flight delays.

This accommodation has everything you expect from a 5 star hotel: luxurious interior, excellent bar and restaurant, very good facilities. Excellent location in a beautiful business area, silent at night and with lots of restaurants around. I absolutely recommend it.
