- I picked this place to make it to an early train from Seoul train station. It took fewer than 5 minutes to walk to the station. - The owner is very friendly and helpful. - Clean facilities. - Good price. - All essential items are available, such as shampoo, shower gel, toothbrushes, fridge, etc.

For the price it’s a good deal.

The owners were very friendly and spoke English well which was helpful to me. I had gotten lost and was a bit stressed and late to arrive. Kind owner said to ask her if I needed to know any information and she kindly let me stay in a Deluxe room on the lower floor as she could see I would struggle up the stairs with my luggage. For me, the bed and pillows were very comfortable after flying in that day. Not the firmest I’ve experienced in Korea but not soft either, good support. Although I got lost on the way, the location is great and so close to Seoul Station.

There were a few hairs left in the bathroom and the slippers could use a clean but generally clean & tidy overall.

This motel is just 5 minutes walk from Lotte Car Rental Seoul Station Branch where we returned the car. The owner was very friendly and spoke English (she lived in NY for many years). The bedroom and bathroom were cleaned and in good size for two of us. The location is excellent and easy access to Seoullo where we walked to Namdeamun Market direct entry to Gate 5. We found the very popular mandu (a.k.a. pau) shop among the Koreans few shops from Gate 5. We continue walked straight down to Gate 2 (direct opposite of gate 5) to the popular and yummy hotteok store in front of Gate 2. We will definitely stay here again if we revisit Seoul.

the ajhumma owner was very nice, thoughtful and caring. engaged in talks that would make you feel comfortable at her guesthouse. even provided an additional comforter for my 9year old girl (she said a gift to her by her own mom, how sweet) location wise..really close to seoul station. very easy access to everything. room size is just right. fresh towels provided. toiletries also available.

house hard to locate as it is in an alley at the back of seoul station. no elevator (understandable as this is a guest house). towels provided a tad too small.

The room was very spacious. The staff was kind enough to give me a ground floor room because I had lots of luggage. The bathroom was just washed before I arrived.

The furniture was very old and I did not dare to touch some things, but overall the bed and bathroom were clean. The building looks a bit uninviting upon arrival, but still the location was good for early trains from Seoul Station.

- walking distance to Seoul station which was really convenient for 2 girls with big luggages taking Arex to airport - the owner was really friendly and kind enough to arrange a lower floor for us once she know us 2 girls need to carry our big luggages upstairs, she upgraded our room with king size bed too! - water dispenser is available - bathroom is spacious, clean and full equipped with everything we need - owner allows early check in and luggage storage before check in time. - nice and cozy

The host was able to help us out as we transitioned from the triple room (our friend was leaving). Their generosity made this experience very pleasant and we were very grateful! Our room was a little more spacious than usual for this price. The bathroom wall is glass but it is completely covered by tape (you cannot see through it). Location is very close to Seoul station, which was very helpful for getting around. However, the area is secluded and generally quiet.

There is no elevator to move luggage to the second/third floors, but this was not a problem.

Location is 6-7mins walk to Lotte Mart/ Seoul station. Comfortable for 1 night stay.

Late check-jn at 5pm. No elevator and no assistant available to help us bring our luggages to room. We struggled out way up so it's good we are at 2nd level. There is a food stench at the reception area.

the staff is very friendly and helpful. located just 3 minutes walking from Seoul Station. there are toiletries, towels, a mini fridge, etc.

the pillows and mattress are a bit uncomfortable

Excellent value for money! I love that the lady at the reception is very welcoming and considering the time we checked in was quite late around 1am, she still greeted us warmly and the location is just few minutes from Seoul Station. If ill be travelling alone, Id come back and stay here.
