the rooms were very clean and comfortable. the housekeeping ladies were very friendly and cleaned our room very thoroughly every day. i loved that the room had individual AC controls, and multiple light options. the AC system was very strong as well, a must during the korean summer. the room is kind of tight, but is manageable. the staff at the front desk were very friendly as well, and it is staffed 24 hours. you can leave your bag if you check in too early or check out but have a later flight. the location is great! 10min walk to city hall station, a lot of eateries around (open till late as well), many convenience stores in the vicinity as well. there were 3 seperate convenience stores within a 10min walk. the hotel also has a little loading area so any taxi or rideshare you call can park and wait. in the basement, there is a large lounge area you can sit and chat or even eat a meal at. the lounge features restrooms and a printing station (although i wasn't able to get it to print)

i wish there was a microwave in room or in the lounge!

Location is excellent. Just 10 mins walk to Myeongdong market and there is a bus stop nearby for Airport Transfer Bus. There is no breakfast option but they provided microwave oven in the kitchen/lounge in the basement.

the window blind for the bathroom cannot be lowered in my room, and there is no door either to the bathroom. however the toilet is in separate room with door, so it still okay. There is also no option to control the fan speed of the air con, and it blows directly to one of the bed.

Hotel was easy to find, close to the metro station so you can walk. Room was clean and cosy, common room had all necessary equipment to prepare a meal in the late evening. Lot's of places to eat on the neighbourhood, shopping street and malls in a walk distance. Helpful stuff.

We had some minor issues with air conditioning. We could not turn off the fan and it was getting too chilly. Someone from the stuff fixed the issue while we were gone, bit then we were unable to turn the fan on again. Bit temperature was fine, so we let it be as it was.

Location is excellent. Facilities are clean and comfortable. Good value for money. There is a nice guest room for convenience, but no breakfast available at hotel. Although plenty of options in the neighborhood. Room is nice and have all you need for a comfortable stay, but could have some extra space

We could not get much information from staff. Possibly challenges with English? But we manage at the end...

The location was just few minutes walk to myeongdong night market. There were 7/11, pharmacies, restaurants nearby. The bus stop is just around the corner. The room was clean and has the amenities you needed. The staff were helpful.

Location is very good. Room is nice and clean. Beds and shower are comfortable. Window and curtains are nice. Sound isolation is good.

There is no cupboards/shelves for clothes. There are only hangers but not enough. No tea/coffee is provided in the room, only water.

I love the location and how value for money the hotel was. The staffs were all courteous as well.

Our room on the first day had an issue which couldn't be fixed immediately but we had a room change done after and everything was good after.

Showers fiddly to use at times. Had to request extra pillows (which were provided) as standard pillows not the comfiest.

The heater was making me confused when using. Not clear the guidance to use. The room is quite small for a couple. If you bring 4 suitcases, there will be no space to move.
