The hotel is situated close to the metro stop. It has restaurants and 2 seven eleven stores all around it. To get here on the airport limousine get off at the Plaza hotel on bus 6701. It is a 4 min walk from there.

Clean, modern hotel with all the basic amenities. They had water purifyers on each floor to refill water bottles which was very handy. Shower and bedroom were clean and tidy. Location was also great. About a 15mins walk to Myeongdong shopping area and 10 to 30mins to different palaces. The best part was right in the same block where the hotel is, there are many different restaurants and pochas. Several convenience stores handy. Lots of BBQ and noodle places. You hardly need to leave the hotel area to eat!

I stayed here 2 times, my first room 607 was a dream, great size room and bathroom, very comfortable Close walk to City Hall Station and lots of restaurants nearby Seoul Station is 1 stop away on the subway Line1 The Incheon Airport Limousine can drop you by City Hall Plaza Hotel which is a short walk away Close to 2 7ELEVEN convenience stores Myeongdong main shopping street is also only a 20 min walk away They let you check in early for 10,000KRW per hour Staff at reception speak English and were super helpful and lovely There was a Worldpass kiosk and luggage scale in reception 2 lifts They only clean your room on request but do come in to give you new towels daily Has a getting-ready/make-up shelf and mirror Lots of lighting options and storage Lots of TV channels like MBC, SBS, Mnet etc Ring doorbell for each room

The second time I stayed here I was in room 1010 and I wasn't as keen though it was the same layout, it was on the corner of the building which meant there was a window above my bed and outside was pretty noisy Staying at lower room numbers means you'll be closer to the lifts, which can be noisy They don't give you any other amenities but shower gel, shampoo, soap and some tea and coffee sachets There wasn't a wide selection at breakfast and not many places nearby are open early morning

Location was excellent. Family rooms accommodated 3 people.

You have to request for the room to be cleaned. Our glasses were not replaced every day. The towels were replaced. Bedding does not get washed unless you ask. If you have, they are quick to reply.

Rooms were clean and spacious, and the staff were lovely. Location was a little soip and a hop to City Hall station, with plenty of food and night life around. Myeongdong station and shopping areas are close enough to make several day trips out by subway if one wished. Also just needed to say the young gentleman that helped us out with ordering a large taxi this morning, I think his name was Haewon, was a gem! Spoke English fantastically and went above and beyond to assist us.

Not all the staff could communicate in English or perhaps a little shy? Haha or maybe the Aussie accent threw them off. Not debilitating as I can speak a little Korean and they were definitely not rude.

Room was a decent size for the location and staff were great very helpful and spoke great English, very clean and well maintained

When I had to leave

Great option for budget friendly travellers. Everything you need to explore Seoul is within walking distance. Hotel location is convenient like the amount of 7-Eleven, eMart24 and CU’s around the corner. Food availability directly under the hotel is great — restaurants mostly offering ‘local’ dishes. Other varieties will require another 5-10 minutes of walking. 10/10 public transport accessibility. Very near to City Hall Station - subway line 1 & 2. Meet/Pick up spots for Klook users are also near the hotel. Room very tidy and well kept. Satisfied with the size and amenities included.

‘Weird’ smell in the lift and hallways during our stay. Constructions next to the building made it difficult to keep window open.

location is great street food right on your doorstep.

I had my wallets stolen while travelling. When I arrive at the hotel ask the staff could they help me come up with a solution or if there way any other way I could pay (balance transfer, input detail into the card reader, or wireless tap on my phone) they laughed at me and they continued to laugh. I walked out got a coffee and calmed down. and tried to change the little cash I had but I needed that to continue my tip. I normally wouldn’t complain but this made me feel really uncomfortable to the point I had to leave.

Very clean and spacious rooms. Very comfortable bed, not too soft or too hard. The design of the room is also very nice and practical. (Lots of good placed lights, mirrors and practical cupboard and wardrobe) The staff was very welcoming and always helpful. Particularly commendable is the good compromise between environmentally friendly room service and still providing everything you need. Free water was available from a dispenser on every floor, replacing unnecessary daily plastic bottles. If you wanted room cleaning service, you could signalize this by pressing a button at the door of your room.

Minutes walk from Exit 7 of City Hall Station. Many eatery and resturants around the area. Underground shopping passage, around the corner that leads to Myeongdong shopping district.

Toilets, a touch small but clean.
