The location was great, short walk to the old town and the beach. Close to the number 5 bus stop to the train station. We used the free taxi, arranged through Booking.com for getting from the airport, which was handy. We booked the suite with the balcony, which I thought was excellent value. It was useful to have the second room as my husband always wakes up before me. The massive balcony had good views, but sparse with just 2 chairs and a table. There is plenty of room for sun loungers, something a bit more comfy. Rooms ware spotlessly clean. I loved the very faint light in the bathroom, so that you didn't need to turn the bathroom light on if you used it during the night. We didn't try the breakfast.

The aircon would not go colder than 22c

The place is excellent. There are many attractions and shopping options nearby. I recommend Picasso home-museum and fine art museum. The Hercules Tower I recommend to visit by the taxi. If you have a car - be prepared to spend some time for parking searching,

The street food may be dangerous. I recommend to eat in normal restaurants or KFC, Mac, etc. The parking nearby is slightly difficult to use. No restaurant in the hotel, there is only breakfast option.

The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. We arrived at the hotel early and they stored our bags. They even took the bags to the room when our room was ready (before we arrived back)! The room and bathroom were spacious. The location was great. The front desk staff just push a button for a taxi and it arrives within 60 seconds!

The A/C in our room (704) put out little to no air. Also, the window barely cracked open.

Excellent location, very close to a beautiful park and a short walk to the beach. A big, cozy room and a massive bathroom. A really comfortable big bed for a perfect night's sleep after the day at the beach. Loved it.

It would have been nice to have a window view to somewhat more exciting than a tiny courtyard but it wasn't a big deal for my boyfriend and I. We enjoyed our stay from the minute we entered the hotel.

A bit tricky to find and park outside. In the end we put the car in the underground parking garage which is right in front of the hotel before we checked in. This was fine because the hotel had a special overnight rate

Location was OK. The room was quite and big enough, although I had the impression that the bathroom was bigger than the room itself. Breakfast was quite good.

Parking is next to the hotel, but there's no elevator. If you carry heavy luggage, you should bring your car to the door first. You need to login to the wifi every time you connect to it.

Location is in town centre, handy everywhere. We stayed in a triple room, it was comfortable. Staff was very gentle and friendly, they helped us to find places to go nearby, and gave us a lot of explanations.

There was no bar inside the hotel. There was a beverages machine, but it was not available since early in the evening.

Very nice- caring for detail- staff, quiet room nicely equipped, both fulfilled my expectations. The panorama from the terrace was just awesome.

The room was spacious, it had a great terrace that overlooked the city. You could see the sea and the city centre from there. The bathroom was also big and had all the amenities. The bed was very comfortable and the lighting in the room was excelent. The breakfast was great, with varied options. The staff was extremely helpful.

The staff ( Marta and Cristina) were the main attraction of this hotel. Both were very accommodating and very helpful. They speak fluent English and they recommended excellent places to eat in A Coruna👍

Ayman who check us in was not very welcoming.
