Excellent location, very near the Son Bou Beach. Hotel provided a shuttle to the beach, we ended up not using it as we rented a car - 5 minutes drive. I also witnessed people doing the route on foot, which I guess might be feasible but not with small kids. Hotel itself is quite pleasant. It has 3 circular swimming pools with different depths, perfect for children of different age. Rooms are nice, fairly modern on the inside although we can tell the hotel is not that recent. The scenery is very nice, green gardens all over the place. There is a supermarket right next to the hotel, providing all necessary items, and a horse riding farm right across the street. Breakfast was good though lacking variety. Staff is super pleasant and helpful.

I felt it was a bit overpriced but it's hard to benchmark as prices are quite inflated this year (2022) due to post-covid travelling rage plus growing inflation. In a "normal" year I would expect to pay less for such accomodation. Also room cleaning could have been better, we kept having beach sand on the floor.

This was a well-run hotel with excellent swimming pools, although we only used the pool once as we prefer the beach. The choice for breakfast was extensive and of very good quality. We only ate there in the evening once as we prefer a more atmospheric experience than most hotels of this type are likely to provide. The choice and quality of food on offer was also very good.

Perhaps the outside pool bar could have stayed open in the evening. Again, like most hotels of this type, the inner bar area lacked atmosphere. The outside bar could have provided this if it had remained open longer. Perhaps it does so later in the season.

Friendly helpful staff. Meals - quality and convenience.

I'm sure I booked a twin-bedded room but we had only a double bed and a sofa bed. There were, apparently, very few twin bedded rooms (and none vacant). The only other gripe was the loud music played from the pool bar all afternoon. I complained to the bar staff but to no avail.

Great place for a family vacation with kids. The staff was really nice (from the life guard to waiters to the cleaning ladies). It was very clean. I would suggest having breakfast included. We didn’t and regretted it, because ended-up going there for breakfast every day. There are not than many breakfast places not in this town and a very few within a 15-20 min drive, with kids it gets uncomfortable. Breakfast in the hotel is really good and the staff makes it a pleasure. Also if you don’t pre-order it, it is a bit more expensive to play day-by-day.

It’s true about the wifi - really bad. But we didn’t to pay anything extra.

Everything, it was perfect for our family. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The rooms clean and spacious, good size swimming pool, supermarket in the resort was very so convenient. Absolutely love our experience would come again and stay here

The rooms are larger than a standard hotel room with a seating area, a kitchen, and a decently sized balcony. The staff are nice and courteous. The pool is nice but gets direct sunlight throughout the day so difficult to use for prolonged periods during peak summer.

Nothing in particular. They could increase the frequency of the shuttle service to the nearest beach at son bou as it is quite a long walk down to the beach (about 25 minutes) and it is quite difficult to make that trek in peak summer months. The breakfast could be improved a bit.

Our room had been renovated reasonably recently so everything felt spotless! Also the food at the buffet was lovely. Nice and fresh, a good selection and really good price. Wine list also really reasonable.

I felt the pool itself could've done with a refresh.

The breakfast buffet was amazing. Pool was great and green spaces are also very lovely. Room was extremely large and comfy. Bathroom sizes not big but overall we had a great stay and defo coming back.

Breakfast could've changed from day to day. Also not much information about activities in the region but I guess we were there the first week of May so not yet ready for the summer season. Bar at the poolside is great but had numerous problems with accepting card payments and messed up our orders on a few occasions.

Great location and value for money, the whole structure needs a bit of extra care as some areas suffers of being not renovated for a while. Room has a decent size but in need of a fresher furniture. Despite this beds are really large and comfy, breakfast is great and abundant as well as being a perfect family accommodation with plenty of green space and pools. Friendly staff and super clean rooms (bedsheet changed almost daily). Recommended

Nice complex and clean. Buffet was good although service very slow for wine and stocking up of some of the food very slow. Nice grounds.

Check in late so nowadays it seems you're paying high price for not even 24hrs in a room
