very clean property, functional kitchen (no oven though, apart from microwave). Cleaning staff went out of their way to try and visit the room for cleaning at the times when we were either at the beach or when our child was not sleeping (we usually have long naps in the middle of the day). Pool is amazing and had plenty of room even though multiple families were there with their kids at the same time.

If I could be nitpicking, I would have preferred the accommodation to be a bit closer to the beach. We did have a car though, so it wasn't difficult to get around :) though that's nitpicking. The facilities are great!

The facility was big enough for the 4 of us, comfortable and clean. Enough of kitchen equipment (can do some basic cooking). There were no nets on the windows, so we were bitten by mosquitoes at night. Nice pool with plenty of sunbeds and a bar. 5 minutes walk distance to the supermarket with fresh bakery. The staff is nice and helpful. I recommend using the peaceful hiking path Camin de Cavalls, which took us to a quieter part of the beach (we met some nudists there). The main beach was too crowded for us.

It is really not very close to the entrance to the Son Bou beach, around 20 minutes by walk.

Very clean and well maintained, apartment had everything we needed even though could not be considered luxury but acceptable for price. Pool area and bar was also pleasant and well maintained. Staff friendly and approachable, apartment cleaned daily.

Beds uncomfortable and no air con in property which luckily was no problem during our stay but would have been if temperatures were higher. Quite a distance to walk to beach.

The property is spacious and beautiful, the rooms are large, spotless, and the staff is super kind and helpful. There are two outdoor pools, and there is a supermarket with a bakery 5 minutes on foot (very convenient for those who don't have their own vehicle). The property is located close to the beach, and the front desk gives you a sun umbrella for free in case you don't have your own. The property is also very close to an entry point to the hiking trail Camin de Cavalls. This particular bit of the trail is really nice, it leads to a secluded beach and has great views, and you can easily reach the neighbouring area of San Tomas on foot from the trail. There are also horseback excursions which set off from a farm close to the hotel. Also, the number 32 bus to Mahon stops right in front of the property, which was great for us as we didn't have our own vehicle. Truly wonderful place!

Fabulous place facilities were good. Staff were very helpful. Very nice apartment with sunbeds outside. Pool area lovely and everywhere was kept clean and tidy. The pool bar staff are really lovely.

A little far from the restaurants etc but will definitely go back. Just a little thing maybe have light of some kind at night going into apartment as it is hard to find where to put key for electricity

Beautiful location, lovely gardens, large clean main pool, view overlooking coast and nature reserve, excellent customer service from Kris on reception, had booked a one bedroom apartment but was upgraded to a 3 bedroom villa at no extra charge, villa spacious & comfortable, housekeeping staff good

We liked pretty much everything, especially the pool and the staff at the little bar/restaurant by the pool. Although the service can be slow, the food is amazing and easily rivals any other restaurant in Son Bou.

They don't have a proper double bed. You get two large singles that are pushed next to each other, but they don't stick together and are very easily pushed apart. We tried to sleep together with our 4 years old son, with him down the middle, and he fell into the gap that formed between the beds. Also, virtually no sanitary and cleaning products are provided. There were only two tiny bottles of shampoo, no shower gel and no soap. In the kitchen there was no dishwashing liquid. I also found it impossible to use the microwave as no instructions are provided.

Loved the accommodation sunbathing outside on your own terrace was great, the pool bar had lovely food and lovely staff

Unfortunately my husband cannot walk very well and it is a good 30 minutes to the main bars and restaurants, but if that is ok for you then it is no problem

We stayed in a lower level apartment as 2 adults and a six year old I mid Aug 2022. The aprtment was lovely. Small but cute with enough space for the 3 of us. Nice little bathroom and kitchen. Reception staff were helpful and professional. Housekeeping and maintenance were there working hard In the background making everything run smoothly and look nice. A few issues of a broken kettle and a sqeaky door were sorted immediately without issue. Air con kept things cool inside and the sun terrace was great for breakfast and evening drinks whilst being able to mind the little one. The pool was warm and inviting with sun loungers and umbrellas round it for some shade if needed. The pool bar was great for snacks or a delicous meal and the 2 ladies running it were awesome, friendly, nothing too much trouble. Lots of young families from all over europe with kids age 2 to 10. All having fun in the pool. Great view of the sunset from the pool bar or from your apartment if you are on the upper level. We rented a car from auto valls but there is a bus outside and taxi are easy. The Walk is 20+ mins to the town center or idilic beach. There is a 40 min easy walk through Cami de Callas nature reserve to the far end of beach which is less crowded(a few discrete nudists about here but clothed people/families sunbathing and swimming too). Reccomend you buy or borrow a free sun umbrella from reception and buy some sarongs or beach mats to lie on. The restaurants in the center are all good, all have quite similar prices and menus. The ses G places on the beach are good for lunch and ice creams or book for an evening meal. There are supermarkets, bakeries a few minutes from hotel by the jardin hotel or on way to beach. We had a lovely stay and will go back.

Beds a little bit hard. 2 single beds in Main bedroom push apart a bit easily. Some washing up liquid would be nice rather than having to bring or buy a bottle.

Parc very well maintained. Apartment super clean, nice swimming pool, employees very helpful, public transport nearby.

Distance to the beach, 600m according to Booking dot com, but the real distance was nearly 2km.
