Large, comfortable room which was very clean. Excellent location. Friendly, helpful receptionist. Good breakfast from a set menu, not buffet & served to your table.

Restaurant & bar closed at 5pm daily. We sat in the restaurant area for breakfast as we were told by the receptionist that breakfast was in the restaurant. Other people were eating in there. A waitress then asked us to move to the bar area where members of the public were eating/ drinking coffee. Rather confusing and embarrassing. A notice or member of staff greeting & directing at the door would be helpful. Breakfast itself was good. Hotel is difficult to access by car as it’s in a pedestrianised zone and you have to drive straight to the garage. Ramp into garage very steep.

Rooms were very clean. Check in and check out were extremely quick and efficient. All the staff we encountered were fantastic.

The toiletries - although I was delighted to find a toothbrush as I forgot mine, I was disappointed to find two very small bottles for the shower. And a small bar of soap for the sink. I would have liked to see something attached to the wall in the shower and a liquid hand soap.

This was our second stay and we decided to upgrade this time to a junior suite, which had more room and it was very comfortable. Some of the staff spoke English which was great as after 4 years away my spnish was very rusty of non practice 🤣 It an great location as its set in the heart of Albacete closeby to restaurants, parks and shopping and a short 5 minute walk from the train station. If you want some really quality restaurants you can find them closeby. There are many including at the Hotel but our favourite was Garabatos. The food and staff are excellent with a modern touch and wonderful flavours. Whether you sit indoors in winter or outdoors beside the park in Summer you will not be disappointed and it is straight across from the hotel.

We were dissapointed that the sushi wasn't at the hotel anymore but found it and much more at Garabatos.

Right in the heart of the old city, our room was very pleasant and a good size,breakfast was a very good choice , with a cook on demand chef for bacon eggs various etc

Not a very nice view from our room, also the pool was not very big for a regular swimming good for cooling off

The staff were very helpful, they also parked the car for us and brought it back at the end of the stay. food was good did not eat breakfast at the hotel. my husband uses a wheelchair they were very helpful with doors etc.

Excellent location, simple but spacious and comfortable rooms that provide conditions for great sleep. Nice breakfast with multiple choices. Close to both train station and the center of the town.

The deal with the internet vouchers, which are completely free by the way, is slightly off putting and the coffee in the morning could be improved.

Parking is very inconvenient and not very close. It would be a good idea to give the name and/or address of the nearest parking garage on the website or with check-in instructions.

Very little. Being picky the set menu for breakfast rather than a buffet slightly strange. But it was fine for one or two nights.

A very nice room overlooking the gardens in front of the hotel. Plenty of space and a good shower room.

A simple breakfast. We wanted just a light breakfast but most of the menu was full meat and cheese type. However, the waitress managed to find us a croisant which was perfect.

The location is amazing and the history of the hotel is great. The staff was helpful and very polite. The parking garage is a bit tricky but it worked out fine for us.
