Smart, clean and comfortable rooms. Staff were friendly and polite .Great bathroom with amazing shower and sunken bath. Walk in wardrobe . Nice breakfast although if you want to sit outside it is a little inconvenient where the restaurant is positioned . Lovely pool area although shame fountains were not on when we visited . Large bottle of water in room replaced daily .

Awful pillows . Shampoo in the bathroom but no conditioner . The better restaurants not open Monday and Tuesdays . Bar restaurant food average probably better to go out .

The actual hotel facilities. The spacious, modern bedroom with wet room. (Bath and separate wet room shower) The modern hotel decor. The Spa facilities and all the outside sports facilities. (two football pitches, and two international teams staying, and making use of the Hotel training facilities. Oh, and two electric car chargers made available to the hotel guests. Brilliant!

Their 'reduced Winter' dinner menu! Not in the restaurant but in the Bar. Burger, Penne, Caesar Salad, and one other dish - I can't remember. No fish or no meat option. I thought it was pathetic for a 5-star hotel. I expected, at least, a buffet dinner to be available or a set Dinner Menu. Definitely, below my expectations.

Spacious bedrooms, comfortable beds, tastefully furnished good sized balconies, great bathrooms. Staff were polite, courteous & friendly. Ideal parking close to reception.

The value for money aspect was weak. Maybe because I wasn’t interested in the spa or golf facilities. So, the stand alone BB rate didn’t compare well with other short breaks this year to stylish hotels in Athens, Lisbon, London, Venice & Paris. I would expect a 5 star hotel to be able to respond positively to a request for a poached egg at breakfast as an alternative to fried or boiled. It only required only a tiny amount of effort especially when the dining room was so quiet. Unnecessarily slow check-out, appearing to need to check repeatedly several paper files to be sure no further extras to be added to the bill. Surely this could have been done prior to our arrival at the desk to check-out.

Very modern and very clean

We were not informed the thermal spa suite was closed during our stay which was the main reason for choosing this resort. Also on 2 of our 4 night stay all restaurants were closed and only snacks available at the bar. This is not what you expect from a 5 star resort.

We were there for a wedding. La finca is a beautiful hotel. The rooms were lovely. Excellent service. The staff were absolutely fantastic. Efficient, helpful and very friendly. Great wedding venue. Would recommend.

We had to ask for cups in our room every day as they were removed each time the room was cleaned.

Everything was very good, breakfast, room and pool area. The staff was extremely nice and helpful, they really went "all in" when we needed help with our motorcycle :) I could not thank them enough!

I was seriously disappointed with the restaurant. The food was bad ( they served something that was clearly a frozen pizza from nearest supermarket), it was noisy, unfriendly and over all not suitable for a 5* hotel. It was so bad that we only had dinner there once.

We were in a connecting room and you could hear everything. Its a bit far from any store but if you are just playing golf it is perfect.

Breakfast was good (not excellent) lack of labelling (3 milks white, which was which?) pancakes seemed cooked from frozen so were not soft. Good fresh food fresh. Room like the outside section, excellent shower (nice space and powerful). Went to the indoor pool (spa) very nice. Outside pool nice to view but very cold to use.

Reception kind of helpful. Had 2 occasions to visit them. 1st no milk in the room for coffee/tea. We had no milk on day-1, but we didn't need it but on Day-2 we did. Thought it was missed by the cleaners, but seems to be normal. Had to ask reception twice, a bit annoying. The other was brief as reception (they didn't understand me, well by English that is). The tea/coffee cups in the room were I guess recycled cardboard so nice for the environment, but with hot water not something you want to touch. I'll be surprised that was ever tested,
