Great central location and staff were amazing. Comfortable rooms and spacious bathrooms. A lovely selection of continental breakfast items.

Noisy at night - we could hear the music from a club that went on until 7am. The hot elements of breakfast were not good (cold) and I would’ve liked fresh coffee made to order.

This was our third stay at Hotel BH San Francisco Alicante, and it continues to impress us! We stayed for five nights this time, and once again, the experience was delightful. What sets this hotel apart is how personal and welcoming it feels. Unlike larger, more impersonal hotels, the atmosphere here is warm and inviting. The staff is absolutely lovely—friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. They make you feel right at home from the moment you arrive. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Alicante. It’s situated on a charming pedestrian street filled with restaurants, cafes, and shops, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. Whether you’re heading out for a meal, shopping, or just strolling through the vibrant streets, everything is right at your doorstep. Breakfast was another highlight of our stay. It’s very good, with a wide variety of options to suit every taste. Whether you’re in the mood for something light or a hearty meal to start your day, the selection is impressive and consistently fresh. Overall, Hotel BH San Francisco Alicante remains one of our favorite places to stay. The combination of great service, a central location, a welcoming atmosphere, and delicious breakfasts keeps us coming back. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Alicante! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The hotel is located right in the city centre, a couple of minutes walking from the beach. Evrything was clean and tidy, the staff was very friendly and outgoing. The breakfast was also nice as there were some tapas which tasted great, with variety of sweet and savory dishes

As the hotel is in near vicinity of a disco club so you need to calculate with dance music sounds through Friday and Saturday night until 7:30 in the morning. It wasn't pleasant but we calculated with such possibility as the hotel is in the centre of the city. In case you would like something quiet you should book a hotel outside of city centre

Staff Andrea,Paula and Olga were very helpful and accommodating. All 3 girls always smile. 5 Stars to them. They even make us feel welcome and comfortable as well as Sergio. Breakfast was amazing. Theos is Great. A little bit of tinkling on the breakfast menu perhaps for those clients who are staying longer. Cleaners are Super. Our room is clean and pleasant. We have a big room as requested and the shower " Rain fall " is Fabulous. I highly recommend BH Hotel 100% for a getaway escape. Everything is near restaurants, Setas, attractions, beach, grocery Carrefor and the bus terminal from the moment of arrival and going in Puerta Del Mar to the Alicante Elche airport. Even going to Castillo de Santa Barbara and Barrio Santa Cruz by walking or bus near c6. We would definitely 😁😀 Stay again in Bh Hotel San Francisco. Thank all. Roderick and Evie

Lovely clean hotel located centrally. Breakfast was fresh and choices varied everyday. Pleasant staff.

Unfortunately for this pleasant hotel it is situated near a nightclub. One of the nights we stayed it was a festival and you could hear very loud music until 6 am. We were lucky this didn’t happen on our other nights as it was mid week. However I suspect the weekends may be very noisy if the club is open. Hotel itself quiet and there were 2 double glazed doors in our room. Obviously the hotel have no control over external noise and you can get earplugs at reception.

The hotel and room were very modern and clean. Room had a safe in it which was great. Bed was very comfortable. Room was very quiet despite the situation of the hotel on a very busy street full of restaurants. That same busy street though meant we were very close to restaurants and bars in the centre of the old town, which we very much liked. Staff were also very friendly and helpful. Also very close to the sea front, marina and beach, as well as the castle, market and a variety of museums to visit.

Room felt a bit too small for two people. The bathroom was very small, with nowhere to hang wet towels or put toiletries around sink area. One hook was present in bathroom on wall, the second one was missing. Every time we came back to the room it always smelled of humidity, probably because of wet towels. Breakfast was a little limited but ok. There were constant issues with getting toaster to work, even the staff member struggled with it at times.

A very welcoming hotel, situated in a central, pedestrian street. The receptionist, Paoula, was exceptionally helpful and pleasant. An interesting restaurant with Algerian cooking. The bedroom was spacious with large double bed. Plenty food at the buffet breakfast,

The heating/air conditioning was difficult to manage. The blankets were not big enough for the bed - two singles put together with a single topper. No drawers, though lots of shelf space, Breakfast- lots of choice with some strange items, but perhaps not strange to locals.

Great hotel which met all our needs. We had 3 rooms - 2 x deluxe doubles and 1 x single room. We were in the front of the building and whilst there was a little noise during the evening nothing that stopped us from sleeping. Beds were comfortable and room had everything we needed and very large bathroom. We also got 2 x free water in the room on arrival. Breakfast was amazing except for the coffee - the coffee was the only disappointment as we love our coffee. A big shout out to Marco at the front desk, Theos who ran the breakfast restaurant and our cleaners they were all wonderful and made us feel welcome and really enjoy our stay. Central to everything, close to the beach as well as great bars etc.

Love the location. Is close to the beach and has so many options to eat just right out the door. From Paellas, empanadas, smoothies, even lots of options to do your own mini market with mini stores for snacks. I found this hotel super cozy and clean and it looks just as the pictures. The only mini problem was, if you get a room with balcony views to the front of the hotel, be ready to hear the music from the bar or club located right outside the hotel, but wasn't too loud, its just for those who has light sleep. Once I closed my eyes, I was out! LOL, Maybe the rooms on the back of the hotel are less noise, but its normal, you are located at the heart of Alicante, beautiful city btw. I would come back and stay here, and the breakfast continental was included ( cause we choose that option ) it was great, had it all.

Our room was located at front of the hotel. The noise from outside with music was a bit distracted for sleep, but not horrible. I managed. And the buffet was not working at dinner time.
