the location of the hotel is fantastic, so close to everything. beach 5 minute walk away, metro station 10 minutes and pretty much right in the middle of old town with lots of restaurants on the doorstep. The staff were so welcoming and friendly, this really makes a difference. particularly Claudia who checked us in and was really helpful. The room was small but clever layout and use of space with room to hang clothes and store luggage. The hotel is clean, modern and bed and pillows really comfy

We had a small double room with a pointless window to be honest but we were out a lot so didn’t bother us. the room did have a sewer type smell at times which was a. it off putting but there were some roadworks going on further down which may have impacted this. The positives of the hotel and friendliness of the staff more than made up for this

Absolutely fabulous hotel! Excellent location - in the heart of the city, within short, walking distance to port, promenade and beach. Very friendly and helpful staff. Lovely, clean and modern rooms with daily cleaning service. Free WiFi, TV with Netflix, mini fridge, safe and lots of toiletries provided. Breakfast was also great, many options to choose from. Highly recommended!

As hotel is in a very central location it can get a little noisy from the outside. Manageable though as you can just close the window and get air conditioning running.

Perfect location and a good breakfast (long opening times; well maintained buffet; but do not expect any luxury breakfast items). The cleaning was superb, the shower had pressure, and the bed felt cosy. The room was small but well at a pleasant temperature. I would mainly come back because of the convenient location.

There was a welcome drink at the reception, but it was too sweet. You can make tea and coffee in the room, but they are too thrifty to stock up again if you use it. Same with the water bottles: these existed but would not be replenished - that is inconvenient in a city where one cannot consume the tap water. The newish but low-quality appliances in the bathroom showed wear and tear. I would not have dared to use the warm blanket as it looked dirty/ with hair on it.

Location was amazing, right in the centre, with restaurants all around. I had read reviews about hearing the noise from the downstairs restaurants at night, but it was very muffled and didn't prevent me from sleeping peacefully. Hotel was very clean, and the room space was perfect for a solo traveler. Everyone friendly and always with a smile. Breakfast delicious, with a little something for anyone. Coffee was the only thing I couldn't drink there, but I'm used to that in hotels - and I'm really picky about my coffee anyways. If I ever go back to Alicante, that'll be my hotel once more.

The location was great, was an easy stroll to most points of interest. Reception staff always happy to help and friendly. The room was very spacious, bed comfortable, pillow menu, tea and coffee making services, fridge in the room. Bathroom was spacious with a large shower and considerably large sink. The breakfast was included for myself and it did not disappoint, the selection was great and was never too busy. I couldn't fault the stay and was very impressed for a 3 star property.

There is no parking..the only option is to park at a public parking and roll the suitcases...this is an inconvenience unfortunately..also, the address given by the hotel only brings us close to the area...if you are interested in staying at this beautiful hotel, make sure to ask for ** calle las secas ** it is the pedestrian road where the hotel is actually...

Unbeatable location, super friendly staff which in my opinion makes all the difference when staying in a hotel, superb breakfast included in the price, comfortable room, and luggage’s storage option! All in all a really good hotel in the centre of Alicante and great value for money.

Lit up exit sign in the room and AC wasn’t great, either too hot or too cold.

The breakfast was perfectly adequate and the staff kept replenishing the food and kept the area very clean,All the staff were friendly and helpful especially the reception girls, Claudia from Argentina and Marianne from Algeria.Our passing the reception area seemed to be at the same time as Marianne was on duty and she was especially helpful.

One suggestion is that the hotel should have access to a doctor. My wife had a problem that could have become serious and it would have been very reassuring if there had been access to medical assistance.

This Hotel was fantastic, the staff where extremely friendly and would do everything to ensure that you had a lovely experience at their hotel. The continental breakfast had a lot of choice and was always refilled to ensure all guests would have the same level of choice. We were located on the third floor, right above the main busy street, when we closed our bedroom windows, we could not hear any of the noise below, the bed was extremely comfortable, so we also woke up refreshed in the morning. It was 5 minutes’ walk from the seafront marina and right next to some lovely little restaurants. The beach and city centre where about 10 to 15 minutes’ walk away and being located right next to the mushroom street attraction made it easy to get your bearings.

The TV, we didn’t go to watch TV and I know we were in Spain. I have visited other hotels where they do have some other channels in different languages even if it was just the world news; it would have been nice to have the option to put something on just why you were waiting to go out that evening.

We stayed at the hotel for 6 nights and we loved everything about our stay. The hotel is in a perfect location, near the beach, shopping area, market, and the public transport stations (train, bus, tram) are easy to reach. The breakfast was delicious, with many different sweet and savory options. The building is recently renovated and the facilities are in great condition, everything was sparkling clean. Special thanks to all the staff, who were amazing during our stay, very kind, professional and helpful. I totally recommend it, and would definitely come back next time I travel to Alicante!
