Quiet location on a pedestrianized street two streets back from the seafront with all it's bars and restaurants. The check in instructions were clear and worked well, quicker than a traditional check in.The room was bright and modern with tea and coffee making facilities, a comfortable bed with a choice of pillows, (soft or firm) there was also a small balcony. It had a large shower cubicle with a really powerful shower again all very modern and new. I think a lot of thought has gone into the design of the room to ensure a comfortable stay even an iron and ironing board has been provided. I enjoyed my stay.

We liked this place a lot. It's located directly in the city centre with a lot of bars, restaurants and cafes nearby. Room is spacey and clean. Contactless check-in and check-out. We had a problem with room cards but it was solved very quickely.

it was very clean, check in and check out was very easy. I didn’t see a single member of staff, but they sent me information with codes to enter and retrieve my keys. I didn’t require assistance during my stay.

there are only two things. the first is the bathroom light around the mirror, I couldn’t find a switch to turn it off and slept with a orange light glowing in the room. and other is that the toilet and shower have see through doors with only a slight frosting on the middle section. if I were staying with a friend I wouldn’t feel very comfortable

Perfect room, very well designed. Ritual cleaning materials were very good detail. Very close to the beach and all restaurants and pubs, very clean building and apartment. Nice information before check in and easy check in and out.

Parking was not easy, paid parking is 15 euros a night. Check out was at 11 and check in is at 1500. We asked for late check out and it was allowed to 12. I think 11 00 o clock check out is a bit early, it could be 12-1300. Those early check out times not very convenient.

Location, easy check in, the nice and super clean room, WiFi sufficient for professional video calls.

It was not clear upon reservation that it is not a ‘real’ hotel in the sense that there is no lobby and not always someone at the reception. You can leave luggage at the front desk, but nobody is watching it, so you cant leave luggage with value. No desk in the room, so plan to work from your bed.

Easy check in and out, comfy bed, very clean, lovely balcony/terrace, nice hot shower. Good location. Really pleased with the stay and would definitely go back.

The door to the toilet rubs on the floor which is a bit annoying. It's a minor thing but something we commented on. We didn't see a single other person while we were there. That was not an issue. We did wonder though what we would do if something was wrong or we needed anything.

Great brand new hotel as of January 2023. The hotel has a very central location but is located off a main street and in a quiet side street. The rooms have a modern design template and comfortable with all amenities. The hotel largely operates without any permanent on site staff but if you do meet them they are very welcoming. If your room is without a balcony there is a rooftop terrace freely available.

I did not notice anything which I thought had to be improved upon. Though the hotel was brand new as of January 2023 I think it has already entered production phase fully.

Very close to the old town centre. 15 minutes from the airport. Several restaurants and bars nearby. Communal areas very clean. Bedroom was a good size, very comfortable bed and pillows. Good supply of towels. Plenty of hanging space. Hairdryer, iron and board and safe very useful. Highly recommend.

Would be very picky to grumble about anything.

Great price, location, spotlessly clean, close to great bars & restaurants, quiet (we'd room 32 in back of property). Nespresso machine & pods were great addition. Fridge for essentials.

Pillows were way too soft. Bathroom has no real privacy - could do with frosted glass between shower & toilet at least! Need a mirror close to window for better light

Super location in the city centre. Our room was on the top floor and had an outside terrace which made a big difference as the room itself was compact.

Insufficient places to hang towels in the bathroom area. Tendency for the shower to leak.
