I like the location of the hotel both near the sea and the town centre. The staff were completely different to those when I stayed in 2021. This time the reception staff were far more friendly and generally greeted people when they left or entered the hotel.

The awful old fashioned colour scheme. The room looked as though it had recently been decorated which was a great improvement but orange curtains, cushions and bed valance in a service ware type material with dark wood furniture. Yuk! So 70s and very unattractive today.

Location was great. Room was kept very clean. Good mattress. Plenty to eat at breakfast.

As a couple would have preferred a queen or king size bed instead of the 2 double beds. A coffee maker would have been nice in the room. Within a week stay had to go to the reception to reset the room key several times, pretty annoying.

Staff were helpful. Sun roof had plenty of beds. Cleaning was good. Food / beverages at the attached cafe was exceptional value.

Hotel, like many in Spain is just a little dated / tired and in need of a refresh, however the price reflects this which makes it great value for money.

Friendly welcome - parking on site (at a fee) - central location. Entertainment on some nights during our stay. Nice view of the town from our balcony.

Would have liked tea/coffee making in room. A welcome drink? There was no water in the fridge

Location was fab, and the staff were very helpful and so kind and friendly. Room was comfortable and basic- all you need for a beachside holiday!

The room smelled of smoke despite all rooms being non-smoking. The staff were so beautiful trying to make this better though! No tea/coffee making facilities in the room.

The room was spacious and very clean. Service was excellent. Rooftop pool and bar was fabulous and the views were stunning.

You could go with something on the balcony to hang your wet clothes and towels on. That’s the only thing I missed.

Excellent breakfast choices. Cleanliness was fantastic. Spa was wonderful ( I had a full massage). Nice coffee bar.

Why can't you get a coffee in the evening after eating your meal in the Entresuelo dining room? You need to go down 2 floors in the lift to the coffee bar. Not ideal.

We had a big, nice and comfortable room with a balcony on the quiet back side of the hotel. There was a fridge but unfortunately no water brewer. Breakfast was a fiest. They had all you could ask for. If we come back to Almunecar we will stay here again.

The location is excellent! Just a few minutes from the bus station in one direction and a few minutes from the beach in the other direction. The centre of town with shops is just a few minutes walk as well. Rooftop bar is lovely at sunset and the entertainment is up there every night. Open until 1.30am. The pool area, also Rooftop, was clean with comfy sunbeds and hardly anyone there, probably due to the proximity of the beach.

I wasn't a fan of the breakfast or dinner but maybe I was just being picky. There was a good choice but nothing that I would normally eat so perhaps my comment is unfair.

Nice room. The hotel is very well situated near the center of Almuñecar. The breakfast and dinner are acceptably nice. You can go to the swimming pool on the roof of the building and have a very nice view from there.
